I stood there watching myself in the mirror. I bursted into tears, sobbing. It felt as if my throat was closing & I couldn't breathe. "ALL YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IS CRY! & MAKE STUPID CHOICES! CHOICES THAT TURN TO MISTAKES." I screamed to myself while throwing the pregnancy test in the trash. In that moment I heard my mom's car enter the driveway. I took a minute to breathe. Then I immediately pulled the bag out of the trashcan & quickly started to walk towards the alley to "take out" the trash. " TORY!" My mom yelled. "WHAT?" I answered back while walking to the kitchen where my mom was. "Where the hell is Alex? I told you to pick him up at 2:00 PM " I turned to see the clock, it read 3:00 PM. "Sorry I ... I forgot mom." I went to my room to put on my boots & my sweater. I walked exactly 1 block from my house to get my little brother Alex, who stayed the night at a friends house. "don't understand why he can't walk back to the house by himself." I said to myself as I was walking to the front door. I rung the doorbell & waited. *door opens* & I see him, Brian. The one who I decided to make my mistake with. "Hey" he smiled. Only does he not know I have the power to make that smile fade away in two words. I'm pregnant. I thought to myself. Those two words killed me. I stared at him, replaying that one night. That one night that changed EVERYTHING.
