Kim Taehyung's POV

After the breakfast meal, I and Jimin went to the medical area. We were greeted by the patients who were waiting for us. I do a check on them, like checking their vitals. I didn't encounter any problems or issues with their health. The wounds are slowly healing, which made me feel less stressed. Actually, Jimin doesn't know about medicine, but he knows how to make a first aid kit, and he is the one who is arranging the medicine on the shelf.

By the way, the grandpa that I took care of when I arrived here. He is already fined, and he is with his grandson. Grandpa's grandson is staying here in the medical area to heal his injuries that he got from the disaster.

I was happily having a little conversation with the patient when Lalisa arrived. She is with Jungkook, and Jungkook's friends made me roll my eyes.

I didn't give any attention to them; I kept myself busy checking and talking to the patients.

"Hello! Excuse me, I would like to introduce myself," Lisa announced to everyone.

Everyone who's busy with their work focuses their attention on her, even the patients.

"I am Lalisa Manoban, the general's daughter and the head of the team medics in the front line unit. I hope you all welcome me here as one of the medics," she said. Everyone gave her around applause and welcomed her.

"The young man with you. You two look good together," one grandma said while teasing them. Lalisa smiled, saying that she was blushing at what Grandma said about them, while Jungkook also smiled.

I was annoyed by what's happening. They are flirting and showing me that they love each other each other so much in front of me. I was staring at them when I felt Jimin standing beside me.

"You know Tae? That grandma has blurry eyes; that's why she thinks that Captain Jeon and Lisa look good together. So, don't mind them," he whispered at me.

"I don't have any care about them, Jimin. Stop gaslighting me," I said to him, then I continued my work.

I don't care anymore. I shouldn't mind them. They are nothing to me.

"Mister, if you need anything else, you can call me," I said to my last patient. He just nodded, then I left him alone to make him rest.

I am going to leave this place. I need some fresh air to breathe and calm myself.

"Hi, Taehyung~ah." Jackson greeted me. I was walking towards them since the medical area is at their back. I need to pass through them so that I can get out.

"Hi, Tae! How are you?" Mingyu asked.

"I'm great," I answered.

"Where are you going?" Bambam asked. I was in front of them. I can't pass through them because they keep asking.

"I want to walk around," I answered.

"Is your work done?" Lisa asked, which made me feel so annoyed that I was going to explode, so I pushed my button more and attacked her.

"Of course, my work is already done. I will not leave my patients if they are unwell," I answered her. I didn't show any politeness toward her since she didn't deserve it.

"Do you want me to accompany you, Tae?" Jackson asked, but I refused it. I want to be alone.

"You can't walk around knowing that no one is with you," Jungkook says. I look at him with a non-emotional face.

"I can manage myself, Captain Jeon. And can you move away? I need to get out," I said, making them move my way. I didn't bother to look at them when I knew that they were looking at me weirdly.

I was wandering around, and I didn't bother if I was far. I was feeling and treasuring this peaceful place. All my thoughts were in calm mode, like I didn't need to think about anything that made me stressed or feel pain.

I found myself walking in the forest. I can feel the nature when I step into something. I was shocked when I fell down the hole. I fall into the trap.

"Arghhhh! "I screamed. I twisted my ankle when I landed on the hole.

I didn't expect there'd be a trap in the forest. I think they are using it to catch some animals. I was holding my ankle because it hurt so much. I can feel the tears falling on my face.

I tear up my shirt and use it to hold my uncle. This is the way for a first aid kit. I can't stop myself from crying because of pain. But I can't let myself stay here forever. I look around, looking for an object that I can use to climb up so that I can leave this place. This is too dangerous; there might be a venomous animal wandering around.

I was hopeless. I can't see anything that I can use to climb. The only thing that I can do is wait for someone to see and hear me.

Park Jimin's POV

It has been five hours since Taehyung left me here in the medical area. He still didn't come back. It is going to be lunch time, and I am getting worried. That's why I decided to ask everyone if they saw him.

A while ago, when Taehyung left, I can see Captain Jeon is wanting to follow him, but Lisa is stopping him. I can see how annoyed and frustrated Captain Jeon is. I don't know if he likes Lisa or my best friend, Kim Taehyung. But based on how Captain Jeon reacted and showed affection towards Taehyung, it was different.

"Sergeant Lucas, can I ask if you see Taehyung? "I asked him. He is Sergeant Lucas, and I and Taehyung know him since he is the one assigned to protect the medical area.

"I saw him a while ago. He said that he was walking around. Is Taehyung still not coming back?"Sergeant Lucas asked. I shake my head as a no.

"It's already been five hours since he left me here. I am getting worried," I said to him.

"Don't worry, I will ask for help from my troops to start looking for him," the sergeant said, making me feel less worried.

"Let's go! I come with you. Let's look for him together."
