sit in the sunshine and close your eyes, look at me for a second
"fuck, fuck, fuck, not again," currently, noah was searching for her current target. as much as she'd rather him run off with anyone he wanted and never see him again, she didn't want to loose her job. finally, after about ten minutes of running around, she found him; hwang hyunjin.
the short female rolled her eyes as she heard another one of the cheerleaders voices, which one was it this time hana? jessica? eun? every single time this happened it was always a new one, never once the same as hwang hyunjin just wasn't one to go back to old heartbreaks.
it must be why he avoided noah to the best of his ability.
"hey, princess," the males voice echoed through the empty hall as noah ducked down behind the wall, rolling her eyes at the nickname. "he really needs to come up with some new pet names," the girl mumbled, peeking around the corner to see someone familiar, the girl was tall, brown eyes and brown hair, she had a simple look to her. definitely not acheerleader.
"what was her name again?" noah thought, starting to list off girls from her classes till the face matched. "eunji!" she exclaimed, clasping a hand over her mouth as she realized that was not in her head. "y-yes?" a voice called, questioningly, "who's there?" the male asked, clearly pissed by the interruption.
noah sighed, standing up and making her way around the corner to the two teens, an awkward smile displayed on her pink lips, she felt extremely intimidated once she got closer, the two students were really tall and, well, noah was not.
"what a lovely surprise, how've you been, angel?" this sentence from the boy caused the shorter to growl lowly, visibly rolling her eyes. "like you care, hwang, you stopped caring in what? seventh grade?" noah scoffed, the tall girl stared at the two in confusion, feeling a lot of tension between them.
"uh, hyunnie, im gonna go, see ya," she said quietly, kissing the boys cheek before running off, hyunjin immediately wiping his cheek as soon as she left. "how many is that this week? the 5th one?" noah rhetorically questioned, already knowing the answer as every time she followed the boy he was breaking up with another one of his girlfriends. "actually, yes, wanna be my sixth?" he smirked, head tilted slightly as he leaned against the dark blue, metal lockers.
noahs eyes once again found their way to the back of her head, crossing her arms as she stared at him, eyes fierce, but it failed to intimidate the taller. "yeah right, im never falling for that again," she said, looking down at her wrist where a bright baby blue light shone, she fought back a groan as she grew annoyed once again.
"just had to be my assignment," she mumbled under her breath, hiding her bracelet more under her other arm.
"what was that, angel?"
"nothing, hwang," she hissed, only recieving a shrug from the smirking male. "well, as much as i'd love to stay and talk to you my little star, i gotta go." noah flinched at the name, fists clenching ever so slightly. "don't ever call me that again," she growled, hyunjin just walked past, waving to the smaller with that same smirk set on his lips.
he hasn't changed at all.
