Jungkook POV~

I opened my door with force after collecting my emotions. I felt kinda bad for snapping at Charlie and I knew I had to apologise. Even though I don't believe in forgiveness. I paced out of my office and spotted Charlie standing about 20 feet away from Taehyung. Ugh. I hated him so much, but I had to keep my cool. I calmly approached Charlie and she had been crying. Tears were for pussies. I rolled my eyes, but still proceeded with my plan. I drew my face closer to her and she froze, I whispered softly trying to be comforting but absolutely making myself uncomfortable. "I'm not going to fire you, okay? It was bad timing. I'm not going to apologise because you Kno how I feel about those. Just cover for me because I'm gonna go home early, and don't inform my dad". I walked out the front door and breathed in the cold, fresh air, well relatively fresh after all this was a big city. I shivered and drove home.

Charlie's POV~~

Jungkook walked out the door and I heard the purr of his engine. I felt relieved and happy. He got so close to me! Ahh he's so hot. I walked towards his office and bit my lip. I made the decision to go in his office, what I was going to do in there I hadn't thought of. I feel kinda bad for him bc his dad had given an office on the 1st floor, that was not a good thing. I closed his door quietly behind me and saw scattered folders and papers all across his desk and floor. I picked them up and put them in their places, just the way he did. The folders, in rainbow order, with red on top of course, in the bottom left corner of the desk. And the loose papers had to be in abc order, with A's on top, on the third shelf up on his shelf. I made sure everything was perfect. I put his chair back in place and I decided to sit on his desk. His hands had been on this desk countless times, I lifted up my skirt a little and smiled imagining things happening. (Omg sorry for the cringeyness😂) I blushed and stood up, I started looking around. He had abstract paintings of blue and pink, he even had a painting of the night sky, which lie patiently behind shadowed mountains. I looked closer and saw his name scribbled in the bottom right corner. I stood in awe, staring at his work. He captured the majestic unknown of swirling colors, that perfectly collided with each other. The small stars and specks of white added character to the mystery, but never touching the mountains.

No one's POV~~

Jungkook stepped out of his car and took in a breath of cold air. He wanted to punch the smirk off of Taehyung's face but, he sighed, he knew he couldn't show another second of weakness. He had to win, to beat Taehyung at his own game. He readjusted his tie and started off to the door. He looked down at his lawn in disbelief, there were footprints, in the snow. They weren't his of course, he'd never be so careless. He felt his temperature climb up, following his increasing anger. There is sidewalk for a reason! He clenched and unclenched his fists and walked into the house. He took in another deep breath and moved his air out of his face. My little pony was playing and he smiled as rainbow dash raced through the clouds. He did my usual take off my shoes, today he also threw his suit jacket on the coffee table. He loosened his tie and he felt a faint vibration. He grabbed his phone out of his left butt pocket and saw a text message

Min loren- I'm sorry sir but I quit. It's not you, j just got offered a new job and it's closer to my family. I would have told you sooner but I didn't want to leave without finding a proper replacement..

He sighed sadly and continued reading

... So I found a young girl, I've 18 of course, but she is a good help, she will arrive there at 4:30 pm. Thank you~~

He was actually sad. He loved Ms. Min, she wasn't the youngest but still, she was a great person. He looked at the clock on his phone it read 3:53 pm. "Well I might as well enjoy these last minutes of quiet. After all she Is a young girl" he said to himself.
