Our society has formed an image of a perfect human being in front of us, be it a perfect boy or a perfect girl and we want to fit in that image anyhow.
Someone wants to lose weight, while someone wants to gain the same. Someone wants to gain some height, while someone wants to become a little more fairer. In this race of becoming someone else we have left ourselves behind. We have stopped praising what we have. we have stopped giving ourself the love and importance we deserve.
Something we all need to understand is that, everyone is beautiful in their own way and no one can love us more than we oureslf can. we should be comfortable in our own skin to be confident about the same.
Practising self love is very important in order to be more confident towards the life and the opportunities it offers.Self love can be practiced in various ways and I am sharing some of them below:

1. Pamper yourself
Do things you love doing often. whether it is reading a book, listening to your favourite music or even watching your favourite web-series. Do things which makes you happy, something which makes you forget everything and cherish that moment.

2. Write love letters.
No,I am not asking you to write love letters to your lover, instead I am asking you to write love letters to yourself describing why you love yourself or feel proud of yourself and store them to read when you feel low or underconfident.It will help you gain some confident and feel a little lighter.

3. Spend some time with yourself.
Take some time for yourself from your busy schedule, grab a cup of coffee, sit in a corner and talk. Talk to yourself, listen to yourself and understand yourself know yourself calm yourself down and enjoy the
Solitude.
