"You're home late?" Aaron says coming downstairs with Vegas
"What do you mean?"
"Corey, Sam and Colby got home like a half hour ago?" Jake shines in
"I was talking"
"For a half hour?" Aaron asks
"Sorry dad? I thought you were in New York"
"Listen here" he says ruffling my hair
"I'm going upstairs to lay down come on Vegas" I say heading upstairs
"Goodnight honey" Aaron calls from downstairs
I get to Colby's door and I stop and think but then continue walking to my room
"What am I gonna do Vegas" I sigh Laying down as he jumps up with me as we try to fall asleep
After a while of tossing and turning and not falling asleep I look at the time and it's 2 am, I go downstairs and go into the kitchen and make some tea and sit at the counter
After a while I hear something coming downstairs so I turn
"Oh sorry" Colby says coming down the stairs "I didn't realize anyone was up"
"It's fine" I say stirring my tea "you can sit down"
"Okay" he says sitting across from me
"I didn't know you were going to be at Tempest"
"Sam invited me to go"
"Oh" I say looking down
"You and Corbin hit it off pretty well" he says looking hurt
"I mean after talking we like most of the same things and I don't know I just felt comfortable around him"
"Nice to know" he says rolling his eyes
We sit in silence for a while before he finally speaks up
"Casee, I'm so sorry for what I did I wasn't thinking straight and I just got jealous because I didn't want him to steal you away from me" he says putting his head in his hands
"Colby the deed is done, you could've trusted me but you didn't and sorry won't fix this" I say turning away
"So now you're just going to walk away? Babe What about us, What about what we had"
"Babe?" I laugh "I'm not your babe anymore" I stand up and my phone goes off
Corbin 😊: Are you up? Casee: Yeah, I cant sleep Corbin 😊: You okay? Casee: A lot on my mind Corbin 😊: How about I pick you up and we drive around LA for a little while Casee: I would like that Corbin 😊: I'll be there in 15 minutes Casee: I'll be ready
I start heading upstairs before I get stopped
"Where are you going?"
"Corbins picking me up and we're going for a drive around LA"
"It's 2 in the morning"
"Yeah, and?"
"Whatever" he says
I go upstairs and grab my Jacket and Put Vegas un Aaron's room and wait for Corbin
After about 15 minutes later I see Corbin pulling into the driveway so i go out
"Hey"
"Hi" I say climbing in
"Where to first"
"Wherever" I say laughing
We drive around for a while talking and listening to music and before we know it the sun starts coming up so we head up the hills to watch the sunrise
"It's so pretty" I say as we stand in front of the car taking in the view

"Yeah it is" he says
We talk watching the sunrise and before long we start heading back
"Thanks for keeping me company" he says pulling into the driveway
"Thanks for getting me out of the house" I say
"We should do this again sometime"
"I'm down" I say smiling getting out of the car
"Bye Casee"
"Bye Corbin" I say closing the door and going in the house
"Where were you?" Jake says as I walk in the house
"Out with a friend" I say going upstairs
I grab Vegas out of Aaron's room and bring him in with me and lay down and go to sleep
