So a quick author's note
This part will be about the future in Morioh, much less crimes happening, Jotaro having to work there for research and having Rohan as his assistant. I have no idea how will this turn out. But anyways, enough of my rambling.

It was yet another warm day in Morioh. Everyone's out in the city, children playing, cafés full of people, couples holding their hands and having walks in the parks. But some people still had work. Jotaro, as always, was in his office, reading and taking notes for his research. It was quiet in the rather dark room, only his pen scribbling on paper and pages turning could be heard. The black haired man sighed, putting down his pen and leaning into the chair. He was getting tired from everything. I can't ask him to come to the office, I already let him have a day off... But it's too difficult to do anything by myself. Whatever, I guess I can just rest today. That was what Jotaro thought to himself, but suddenly the phone rang. Startled, the blackette picked up, his voice slightly shaky. "Yes?"
"Ah, hello, mister Jotaro. I was getting pretty bored, so I thought I would check up on you. How's the research going?"
"Oh, it's you, Rohan. I can't say that it's bad but it's not great either. I can't really focus on it, you see."
"Yes, yes, I understand you. Do you want me to come over? Not like I'm doing anything important right now."
"You don't have to.. It's your day off after all."
"It's okay, mister Jotaro. I'm not busy and I won't be for the rest of the day."
"If you say so.. Anyways, I was about to go home for today."
"Would you like to meet up?"
"Sure. Where is okay with you?"
"Almost anywhere. I'm heading out now, see you by your office."
"Wha- See you, Rohan.." Jotaro sighed. He sure is stubborn.
After a few minutes, Jotaro walks out of his office, seeing his assistant there. "You didn't have to come all the way here."
Rohan chuckled. "It's okay. I just wanted to see you sooner." Jotaro didn't think much of those words, starting to walk towards his home. Rohan walked next to him, slightly smiling.
After a few minutes, Rohan notices and points at an ice cream van, slightly pulling on Jotaro's sleeve. "Do you want some ice cream?"
Jotaro looked at him, then at the object he was pointing and hummed. "Sure, why not."
Rohan grinned like a child, almost running to the van and ordering ice cream for both of them. It was blueberry flavored dolphins on sticks. The green haired man smiled, giving the bigger man his portion of ice cream. Jotaro slightly blushed, lowering his hat.
"Nngh..! It's dripping so much" The green haired man whined, wiping the ice cream off his shirt. "It'll definitely stain it. It's my favourite shirt too.."
"Then why would you wear your favourite shirt on a regular day?" the bigger man asked, not looking at the person he's asking.
"I wanted to look good for you, Jotaro." Rohan answered, looking into his eyes while smiling. Jotaro understood that Rohan was serious and blushed, lowering his hat. "Yare yare.. Youth these days.."
Rohan laughed at the comment, slightly leaning into Jotaro's shoulder. "You're still young too, mister Jotaro."
Said man glanced at him, sighing. "I'm already old. Also, just call me by my name."
"If you say so, Jotaro~" Rohan said, slightly teasing him.
They both walked in comfortable silence, enjoying just being together. After a while, they reached a park and for some reason Rohan became a little nervous.
"You okay?" Jotaro asked, looking at Rohan.
"I.." He stops, looking at the ground.
Jotaro stops as well, giving Rohan a confused look. Then Rohan quickly went to Jotaro, grabbed him by his cheeks and pulled him into a short kiss.
Rohan's action made Jotaro blush and before he said anything, the assistant silenced him.
"I.. I like you, Jotaro... I loved you for a while.. I'm sorry, I just couldn't hold it in anymore. If you want me to quit, I'll do it. I'm really sorry.."
Those words made Jotaro blush more and he tried to calm him down.
"No, you can't quit. What am I going to do without you next to me? I.. I don't feel the same yet, but I really don't hate you. I like you as a coworker and you do great job in the office. I hope we can still work together for a long time. So please, do not quit, okay? And don't worry, I won't tell anyone."
After those words, Rohan felt a little relieved. At least the person he likes didn't reject him harshly.
"Thank you, Jotaro..." He whispered through his tears, being pulled into a warm hug by the big man.
"Everything's alright. I don't hate you at all. So calm down and let's go buy some hot chocolate with marshmallows."
Rohan chuckled lightly at the comment, nodding.
The fact that Jotaro didn't turn his back on Rohan made him fall in love with the black haired man even more.

Sorry for not writing for so long, stuff is happening. I'm currently in a hospital for two weeks (the first one is ending because it's currently Friday), so I'll try to write more.
