Chapter 4 Good or Bad

             The group arrived at the hideout. When they got off of the mechas, Junjie walked over to the nearest wall and punched it. He seemed really upset about something. But not just upset, he seemed angry.

Trixie- Junjie, what are you doing?

Junjie- We should have stayed and helped Eli. Now 1 of our teammates is captured, one is being controlled by the Goon, and I have lost Joojoo

Hildegard opened her backpack, and took out a slug. The slug was an infurnus. Hildegard walked up to Junjie and have it to him.

Hildegard- I think Joojoo isn't missing.

Junjie- I don't belive it! Where did you find him?

Hildegard- He was hiding in the place where our gear was

Kord- At least Joojoo's here. But what about Pronto and Eli?

Hildegard- Sorry, but who is Eli? Was he The weird mole thing?

Trixie- That was Pronto. Not Eli.

Kord- Wait, how do you not know who Eli is? Everyone in the 99 caverns knows him

Hildegard- I never said I was from the 99 caverns

Junjie- Then where are you from?

Hildegard- The surface

Trixie- Seriously? Another slug slinger from the surface?

Kord- The question is, is she a good slinger or a bad one?

Hildegard- I can assure you, I am 100% good

Junjie- How can we trust you?

Hildegard- You can trust me, because I'm not evil

Trixie- Everyone from the surface says that

Hildegard- If I was evil, would I have returned Joojoo to Junjie, instead of getting him to the Emperor.

Kord- Good point

Trixie was about to say something, when suddenly they got a report about dark servants attacking. They got onto the mechas and got there as fast as possible, only to see Eli attacking everyone. Burpie was ghouled, and so was Jewels, Rookie, and all the other Eli's slugs. Well, all of them except Doc. Doc was missing. Eli was attacking everyone in sight. No one was able to stop him. He saw the Shane gang.

Eli- Well, well. Look who it is! Came to duel? Muhahahah!

Trixie- We need to find a way to stop him, without hurting him!

Hildegard- Why? Why is he so special?

Junjie- He's the protector of the 99 caverns

Hildegard- Well, he's not doing a lot of protecting. Let's save him!

Eli fired Burpie at them. Hildegard took Trikk and fired him. A fight went on for a while, until Trixie ran out of slugs. She saw that Gem was next to her, and was about to use her, but then she noticed that Gem is an ice slug.

Trixie- Something isn't right. The water elemental was ghouled.

Junjie- Something is wrong here. Let's discuss this later. Hold onto Gem for now. Don't fire her.

Trixie did just that. But she still didn't have anything to use against Eli. Luckily Kord used an Arachnet to make Eli stay in one place for now.

Eli- Well, looks like you have beat me.. for now! I will be back, and the 99 caverns will be mine!

Someone shot a thugglet slug, making it seem like the dark servants had disappeared. And while the thugglet was covering where they are, the dark servants escaped. The Shane gang headed back to their hideout. On the way, Trixie stopped.

Trixie- Junjie, can I talk to you for a sec?

Junjie walked up to her.

Trixie- Something is off about Hildegard. I am going to head back to the library and see if I can find anything about her.

Junjie- Do you still have Gem?

Trixie- Yes

Junjie- Don't loose her.

Trixie nodded and headed to the library. Junjie headed back to the others.

Kord- Where's Trixie going?

Junjie- She told me that she wants to do something, that she doesn't want anyone to see.

Hildegard- Are you sure, that she is on our side?

Kord- She is. I know it.

Hildegard- Okay, if you say that she is on our side, then I trust you.

Junjie- Hildegard, I wanted to ask. How did you get down here?

Hildegard- I...uhmm...

Kord- Why does it seem like your trying to keep that secret?

Hildegard- I found a way down, using a tunnel

A half hour later, Trixie came back. She looked like she was in a hurry. When she got to the others, she immediately pointed her blaster at Hildegard.
