Amnesia
Your fiancé was recently in an accident right before your wedding day. He crashed on his way over to you since he didn't want to be late to set up last details for y'alls special day. He was sent to the hospital and was in the EC for quite some time. You were informed that he was in a coma yet you stayed by his side everyday. After a month he finally woke up yet there was something wrong. He didn't remember who you were or what happened. The last thing he remembered was his mother's funeral 4 years ago. It's your job to help him remember everything you two had been through, help him remember who you were. You weren't going to give up on him, not now.
