Chapter 22

I was just standing there until my head hit the ground "OUCH !" I was punched repeatedly in the face. I couldn't open my eyes. I could feel my face starting to swell up.

I tried to hit the person back, but they just grabbed my arm, and twisted it to where I couldn't move. "Get off of her !" That sounded like Jacob Nobody responded. The mysterious person started to hit lighter, as if they were growing tired. But, they still refused to stop hitting me. The person moved to my stomach.

It hurt .... alot Almost as bad as when I lost my child ......

Chresanto was beating up Jasmine for no apparent reason. Once they dragged his fathers' body away he just lost it. I think he didn't take his medication this morning.

Yes he takes medication When he was younger he was abused. Not by his dad but by his grandmother. When his parents would go on trips he stayed with her. She would try to sexually harass him, and beat him up. He was really young, and he really didn't know what was happening.

When his parents would come back, he would lash out at the slightest things. They took him to a doctor, and they gave him medication to take every day so he wouldn't lash out.

I guess he ran out ....

The guys pulled me off of Jasmine. Her nose was bleeding, and she had a busted lip. I added more bruises to her face, which made her look like a blue and purple tye-dye t-shirt.

"CHRESANTO WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM ?" Craig shouted "What do you mean Craig ?" "Dont play stupid Chresanto you basically just beat her to death !" Ray commented "She was asking for it .." "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN, SHE WAS ASKIN' FOR IT ? SHE WAS JUST STANDING THERE AND YOU WENT AND ATTACKED HER LIKE A WILD BANCHEE ! " Jacob shouted at me.

"Why do you care anyway Jacob ? Do you have feelings for her ? I see the way you look at her. SHE WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY ! I MEAN LOOK AT YO-" "SHUT UP CHRESANTO !" Craig and Ray yelled. "I can't believe that you would say something like that ... We have been best friends since kindergarten ..."

His eyes got big, and he walked away. I was about to follow him. Then I realized something ...

I couldn't take it anymore ! I spent eleven years of my life being beaten, and ignored. I needed to get away from all of that.

I didn't feel any feelings about leaving Chresanto. He never did anything for me except try to end my life.

I didn't even know where I was going. I was just walking down the side walk. It was starting to get dark ..

I wonder if they even notice I'm gone .. I chuckled at my thought Why would they even care ? I was just some random girl from the basement who saved them from getting murdered by a major psychopath. I was a waste of air, in their perfect world.

The sky was getting dark with clouds, but I didn't care. I wouldn't even mind drowning in the rain. Being dead would be better then having to live a life of misery.

I couldn't kill myself though. That would be selfish. To my future family.

If i even have one.

I almost had a family. Well I almost had a child.

~ flash back ~

He had raped me. I about 12 years old. I had been in the basement for about 8 years. He was drunk ... I could smell it on his breath. I tried to fight him, but he was too strong, even to be drunk. He tied my arms together with some rope he got from his tool box.

He didn't even take all of my clothes off. He just went and took it ... my virginity.

A few weeks later I grew very sick. I was throwing up a lot. My stomach was getting bigger, but I wasn't eating any more than usual. He came down to the basement and made me pee on a stick. It had a pink plus sign on it after about 10 minutes of waiting.

He grew very angry, and attacked me. He kept punching me repeatedly in the stomach over, and over, and over again. He wouldn't stop until I was bleeding. It was coming from in between my legs.

The bleeding continued for 2 days. When I peed big chunks of flesh came out, in various sized pieces.

He had killed my baby ...
