2. 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐲𝐬

"𝐎𝐇 𝐎𝐊 , 𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐄." i say looking at alvaro. "okay class , my name is mr. wilson & i will be your science teacher this year." our teacher starts to speak. "the person sitting next to you will be your partner for the whole year , that means when we do a lab or a buddy assignment , you will be paired with the person next you." he finishes.

me & alvaro look at each other with a smile. wow , maybe i might actually like school this year. mr. wilson allows us to talk for the rest of the class period , so me & alvaro get to know each other. he mentioned something about his friend group , but i was mostly staring into his eyes. woah wtf , why am i so weird. i start blinking a couple times to snap back into reality. "um , do you wanna maybe sit with me & my friends at lunch?" he asked me. i think about it for a little. i mean , this would be a better chance for me to make more friends. "sure , um is it okay if my bestfriend , camila , sits with us too?" i reply. "yeah of course , that's fine."

the bell finally rang & we say our goodbyes. i walk to find my second period class , media arts. ( it's basically just computer lab ) i find my class after getting some help from the people around me. i walk in & see camila sitting down at a computer. what better way to greet her , than to scare her? i slowly walk towards her & cover eyes & her mouth. i'm so mean for this lmao. she starts moving around & try's to yell. all of a sudden , i feel a sharp pain on my middle finger. this bitch just bit me- i take my hands off her face & hold my finger.

"what the fuck camila!!!" she turns around & stares at me. i can tell she's trying to hold in her laugh , but she couldn't. she started bursting out laughing & at that moment , i wanted to pick her up & yeet her across the classroom. "i am sooo sorry" she says continuing to laugh. "next time don't walk up & scare me like that. i almost had a heart attack." she finishes. i look down at my finger & see blood.

"i'm gonna fucking kill you." i say as i start running towards her. she gets up from her seat & i chase her around the classroom. finally , i catch her & punch her in her arm. "owwww" she groans. "next time don't bite me you fucking animal." i say to her. we both sit down at the computers & watch disney+. "soo have you met anyone new?" she asks me. "actually , i met this boy named alvaro. he's really sweet & he's kinda cute." "oohhh genesis has a boyfriend on the first day of school?" she teases. "stfu , we literally just met not even two hours ago." i reply back to her. i swear , she's my bestfriend & i love her , but sometimes , i just wanted to strangle her.

"i'm just joking." camila laughs. after an hour of watching disney+ & doing other stuff on the computers , it was finally time for 3rd period , language arts. we find our classroom & take a seat at a table. there's two desks on the other side facing us. i wonder who's gonna sit there. me & camila talk for a few minutes when we see two boys at the desks facing us. one was super kind of tall with dimples & the other one was short with floppy hair. "hey i'm alejandro , & this is kairi." the one with dimples said. the other boy just smiled & waved at us. um , alejandro could like , get it... jk jk !!! ...unless...

ok anyways i introduced me & camila. "hi , i'm genesis & this is camila." i said back. "you're really pretty." kairi said. "uh um , i mean , your name is really pretty." he said embarrassed , putting his head in his hands. i giggled a bit. he's a cutie. "thank you." i said with a smile on my face. "i mean , he's not wrong , you're really pretty." alejandro said. i smiled , maybe i can get used to this. "thanks." for the rest of the class the teacher talked about classroom rules & stuff like that , while the four of us just talked & got to know each other.

the bell rang & it was time for lunch , my most favorite part of the day. me & camila walked to the lunch room with kairi & alejandro. we walked in & i saw alvaro sitting at a table with two other boys. "over here." alejandro said to us , walking towards alvaro's table. we got to the table & i sat between alvaro & camila. there were two other boys i didn't meet yet. one was darkskin with braids , & the other was about alejandro's color & tall. "hey guys , who are they?" the lighter one said. "this is genesis." alvaro introduced me. "& this is my bestfriend , camila." i said.

"woah , alvaro's pulling girls on the first day of school?" the tall one said , reaching his hand for alvaro to dap him up. boys 🙄. "shut up bro." alvaro said , hitting the tall boy's hand. "i'm joking bro , relax." "anyways , i'm mattia." he said with a wink. he's cute but ew , wtf was that-  "& i'm roshaun." the darkskin said.
