Chapter One

Edwards POV
My recent feeling had been mostly heartbreak. Bella had chosen Jacob and rejected me. That was how I knew she wasn't the one for me. I decided to leave and travel the world. My family already knew, because of Alice. As I was packing there was a knock at the front door. Rose opened it. She growled, that's how I knew it was either Jacob or Bella. I didn't bother going down though. "What do you want Human?" Rose sneered. I snickered. I finished packing and went down the stairs very happy. It was Bella at the door, I groaned. Out loud too, she looked taken aback. I didn't care though. I was searching for my True Mate. I ignored her calls and kept walking to my car. I opened the garage door and slid into my car. As I turned on my car and was about to speed away. Someone banged on my window. It was Bella. I sighed. "What?" I asked rolling down the window. She started sobbing. I rolled my eyes. "Why are you crying?" I asked being very blunt. She stopped crying and sniffled. "I don't know what to do. But I know that I want you back Edward." She said. "No thanks. You rejected me and now you want me back well no." I said rolling up the window, leaving her shocked and tear-stained face behind. I laughed it was actually quite funny. She thought the world revolved around her.
~8 months later~
Third-Person POV
The Cullens were awaiting the arrival of Edward. He was supposed to be here any minute now. "He's here!" Yelled Alice. They all got up and rushed out the door. Edward stepped out of the car and sped to the passenger door. Out stepped a beautiful woman. Her wavy blonde locks, her violet eyes. It was clear she wasn't human. "What are you?" Rose asked being blunt. "Why, you don't even remember your own sister?" She said. All the others looked shocked. "And where's Major?" She asked, once again shocking the whole family. "Lexi?" Rose asked. The woman now known as Lexi, smiled and laughed. Rose ran up to her and squeezed her tight in a hug. Once they stopped hugging, she asked once again. "Now, where's Major?" "Right here Queeny." Jasper said, his southern accent coming out. "Jazz, I told you that you shouldn't use you accent if you wanna blend in!" Alice said, scolding him. Lexi's eyes started to glow. "And who are you?" She sneered. "I'm Alice, Jaspers Mate." She sneered back. Lexi growled. "Liar. Major come here. Have you been taking care of yourself?" She asked with her own little southern twang. "Yes I have Queeny." He said, with his full blown Southern accent. She smiled, and kissed him on the cheek, which caused Edward to growl. "Oh hush. He's my brother." She said which once again shocked everybody. Well of course except for Rose. Jasper couldn't take it anymore and hugged her. She hugged back just as tight. Rose went and joined their little group hug reunion thing. "Are you guys Triplets?" Emmet asked. "Why yes we are." Rose said with her own southern twang that nobody had known about except for Jasper. Emmet was extremely shocked. Alice couldn't take it anymore and screamed, "Get away from him!" Lexi looked at Alice and smirked. "You're not his Mate, are you?" Alice looked down ashamed, "No." All three of the triplets growled. "So you lied to me this whole time?" Jasper asked. "Yes she did. She did it because she most recently found out about her Mate. But she knew you weren't her Mate from the start." Edward said, having read her mind. Jasper growled. But before he went to lunge at Alice, Lexi started to lecture him. "Now you listen to me Jasper Hale Whitlock, even though she did lie to you about something very personal you will not attack what would mamma think? She'd think you had swooped down to her level and she would've been very disappointed. Just like I will if you attack." She said, and Jasper listened, because he knew she was serious when she used his whole human name. "Eddie can we go inside?" She whined. "I'm bored." She said. As Edward was walking away with her, the twins and her shared a mischievous look. They knew that Lexi was never bored, and if she said she was bored than there was a prank up her sleeve.
Lexi's POV
Once me and Edward got in the house I told him that I was hungry, so he went to make me a grilled cheese sandwich. See, I'm half Cat shape-shifter and half Vampire. That's how I eat and I'm faster than the normal vampire. I also sleep and can have kids with my True Mate and only with my True Mate. Edward came back with my sandwich when there was a knock on the door. I sniffed the air and there was an unfamiliar scent along with a human. Edward opened the door. "Edward, hun who is it?!" I asked him, getting up when I finished my sandwich. I knew that Edwards ex was human and that she lived here, but I didn't know she would come here. I went to the front door and saw a wolf shape shifter and a human. I screamed, "Ed hide me! It's a wolf!" They looked at me shocked, but then the wolf started growling. I stuck my tongue out at him, because I knew I was protected. "What do you want?" Sneered Edward. I laughed a little, because he looked funny. "I came to tell you that the treaty is still intact and it applies to whatever that is." He said, pointing at me. Edward growled. I hissed. "Mutt." I said. "Scaredy Cat." He told me. I growled. "I happen to be the Queen of Cheetahs, so back up before my army comes." I growled, warning him. He backed up a little after that, and I smirked. "Edward I came for you." Bella said.
