At the top of the avenger's tower, clouds were forming and lightning strick the roof of the tower showing two figures emerging. It was Loki and Thor returning from Asgard. The few Avengers that live at or were visiting came up to greet them.
"So you are finally back" stated Tony.
"Yes, the Allfather decided that Loki is able to return back to Midgard and will stay for as long as I am able to watch him," Thor said this with a slap of the bak to Loki propelling him forward.
Natasha who had been silent in the shadows till now said "Loki come with me there is something you need to know," she turned her back and walked inside Loki not wanting to be left behind fallowed.
"Mortal what is it you needed to inform me of," Loki asked after a few minutes of silence. Natasha stopped and turned to face him.
"After you left Luna was not the dame she became depressed. She would not eat nor drink we took her to the vet but they could not help other than keep her for a few days."
Loki took a deep shuttering breath, "Mortal, what are you saying?"
"Luna passed away Loki," Natasha paused and continued, "I'm sorry Loki there was nothing we could do we attempted to contact you but we were unable to.
"Thank you mortal for telling me but I will be retiring to my room now." Loki went to the elevator and went to his room. Loki as soon as he got to his room he closed the door and leaned against it breathing ragged as he tried to hold back tears.
