"Oh my god, Helena. You need to have fun a little." Fiona said, poking the girl in the cheek. "Honestly, you spend too much of your time in the library reading using braille."
Helena huffed. "I came here for the money to go to college, Fiona. I'm not going to waste more time. I need to study more."
"College? You came here so you can go to college?" Naib stared at Helena in shock. "Out of all the things you can spend money on, you're going to spend it on college? What a waste."
"Well to you it is! To me, knowledge is very important." Helena crossed her arms.
"Hmph, whatever you say." Naib said.
Everyone here had come to the manor for a reason. You met so many people and had so much fun here and you got distracted. You had almost forgotten why you had come.
- flashback -
"Alright (Y/N), take care of your siblings ,okay? We'll be back in a week." Mom and Dad hugged you goodbye at the airport. "We love you!"
But they never came back.
"(Y/N) darling, I'm sorry but- your parents are dead." Your aunt had come to visit.
You couldn't bring yourself to speak. T-this can't be true. N-no, I refuse to believe they're gone. You look over at the direction of your little brother and sister's rooms. Tears begin to fall.
"I know, dear, I know. It'll be alright." Your aunt pulled you into a hug.
From that day on, you took care of your siblings. You worked really hard to earn enough money to support all of you. You knew it wasn't enough. That's when the letter came.
Dear (Y/N) (L/N),
We have been informed of your misfortunes and we believe we can help. You are invited to come to the Oletus Manor to play a game. Further information about this game would be given when you arrive. You will get $XXXXXXX if you participate. We hope to see you soon.
There were no signatures on the letter. You read the letter again. $XXXXXXX...that's a lot of money.
A week after you received your letter, you were packed up and ready to go. You had handed your siblings over to your aunt's care.
"W-where are you going?" They had both said.
"Somewhere." You smiled sadly. You were going to miss them.
"Don't worry, I'll come back."

A shriek of laughter bought you back to the present. "You're telling me Bonbon was made by old man Mad Eyes?" Vera laughed. "Daddy Mad Eyes."
"Shush, I bet he can hear us all the way from the other side of the manor." Emily smiled.
