The Xecratas

Located in the forest in Scotland, wolves and dogs have made a treaty to keep the border peaceful from the humans. They called these humans the awakened due to their actions of what they did to the dogs and wolves they was in their hands. Once captured, a dog or a wolf would speak in different languages, eyes bulged out their sockets, fur half torn and shedding while their saliva would usually turn into fuzz. Anger, rage,violence, feeling caged would make these creatures kill and usually kill themselves.
As the awakened has populated, they made themselves hidden as society has increased, people wouldn't know about these groups but noticed that stray dogs/cats/and other pets was going missing. A quiet town it was, pets would stay in the house and their owners would question why. The Xecratas, the pack that was once called "the silent eyes" were watching over their borders and the town at first, protecting both dogs and loners that roamed through the city. Until one day, dogs have suddenly accused the Xecratas of kidnapping and torturing others to get answers on why the awakened was taking them. The alpha of the pack, Atlas was mostly angered from this rumor had began a war between dogs. The war lasted a year multiple dogs dead, wolves leaving or killing others for fun. Prey decreased as pollution came to part when the town started littering and putting chemicals into the water, it led the Xecratas to thin ice as only a few survived the situations around them. They asked dogs to help them with food but most refused and let them suffer.
Trees got cut down and hunters continuously hunted prey which made food scarce and certain plants poisonous. Atlas one day passed away from the sickness and the pack was left alphaless for two years. Until the beta came forth and took over the pack. The situation rose as the awakened started to track the Xecratas due to their rarity, the pack had to relocate and hide from both dogs and humans. The beta started to get harsh as the pack pleaded for her to change her mind and go back to their territory that they have known but the alpha refused and continued her ways as she made some of her pack starve as punishment, patrol the most dangerous spots, and stay up endless nights to keep strangers out.
Sleep deprived, the female alpha rested for a little while and suddenly heard gunshots in her territory, she noticed that her remaining pack had been shot and killed and some captured. The depressed fae stayed hidden for a couple months and starved herself due to what happened to her pack, she slowly went into the city and camoflauged herself as a dog and fell in love with a German Shepherd. Having a litter of five, she died from giving birth and the German Shepherd slowly took him and his pups back to the territory that his mate told him about. Raising the litter by himself, the litter got older and slowly went their separate ways except two. A brother and sister that decided to mate and have a litter. Not knowing about the situation, Their father was disgusted and decided to plan to kill the pups as soon as possible. Failing horribly, he was killed by getting pushed off a cliff that was made for rituals in the Xecratas a long time ago. The litter of pups gotten older and the parents abandoned the territory and left their offspring to fend for themselves, some of the siblings lived in the town and only one stayed put. A fae named Chloro who has stayed alpha for a couple months. Now the Xecratas was now back to normal as the fae relocated again deeper in the forest and decided to make the pack bigger.
