Chapter:5 with character list.
Right now I'm surching through my closet trying to find something to ware. Today is Friday, wow a whole week has went by at this new school and I've only talked to, like 1 other person other then Devon, but luckily that one person introduced me and Dev to all of her friends. She was this really nice girl named Cassy, she is super sweet . I guess you could say that she was pretty popular, but just because I'm now friends with her and all of her friends doesn't make me automatically popular too (sadly). Any ways the group includes:

That is the group they are all super cool except I haven't meet Damon yet because apparently he hardly ever shows up for school. His name kinda gave me chills, it's weird but I'm really eager to meet him. Anyways I finally chose an outfit for today. A white skirt ,a pink flower laces strapless crop top, a white silky sweater with pink flowers and green leaves on it, my gold sandals ,and a gold neckales with a few purls hanging from it. After I get dressed I brush my hair and add a white bow clip, purl stud earrings ,eye liner and lip gloss. I quickly grab my phone and run down the stairs just as I hear Devon honking his car horn letting me know that he is here. I grab a banana and my purple book bag and head out to his car.
"Morning baby doll" Devon greats me reaching across to hug me.
"Morning Dev." I greet back as he pulls out of my driveway and we begin to make our way to school.
As we sit in a comfortable silence, I turned and leaned on the door so that I could look out of the window. thoughts from the other night begin to find themselves lodged in my mind. I had to of just been seeing things, because when I finally got the courage to pull the blanket off of my head and look towards the window where the glowing eyes were, they were gone.
I even got up too look out of the window and all I saw was an empty tree branch, so I just kind of shrugged it off and went back to bed. Maybe I had just imagined them, I mean I have been getting stared at a lot at school so maybe the eyes of the people starting just imprinted themselves in my mind. At least I hope.
We finally pulled up to school and the proceeds to climb out of the car. As we were entering the building and began to walk through the hall ways I had expected to just see the same stares as usual, but today they looked around and at each other with almost frightened and worried faces. What is going on? I thought.
The day proceeded this way through out each class. Everyone refused to make eye contact with me and whenever someone accidentally graces bye me as they past, they would quickly apologize and scurry away as if in fear that something bad will happen to them for accidentally touching me.
Finally it was time for lunch, I started to make my way towards the cafeteria doors, in which I normally wait for Devon at. As I reached them I was surprised to see that he was already there waiting for me and looking around franticly.
"Hey Dev what's......." I began to say as I approached him but was efficiently cut off by him picking me up and wrapping me in his arms.
He let out a sigh of........... Relief?
" hey..... um were gonna eat lunch here today.....kay?" he said worriedly.
"Yeah that's fine, we can sit with our new friends." I said still a little confused on why he seems worried.
He set me down on my own feet but kept his arm securely around me as we walked into the lunch room and towards the table that I had spotted our friends at.
"Hey! you'er eating lunch with us!" Cassy squealed with happiness and hugged me as I sat beside her, with Devon on my other side.
"Hey girly." said jake with a huge grin on his face.
"Hi" I replied.
Dominic's face morphed into a genuine smile, as he greeted me and then quickly turned back to his stone cold face, so that no one else would see his warm smile but me. I then happily retuned the gesture.
" Finally choose to join us sweetheart?" Cris said jokingly.
"Yeah me and Dev thought I would be nice to have lunch here for once." I said while peeking at Devon out of the corner if my eye, only to see him sitting stiffly in his seat with his eyes darting around, scanning our surroundings. I wonder what's going on with him, he's been on edge ever since we got here.
Suddenly the entire cafeteria became silent. I looked around at everyone to see that they were all starring at the entrance. I turned too to see what had caused such a sudden silence, I couldn't believe my eyes.............
