💙 Chapter 9 💚

"It's missing." Eunwoo said,frustratedly.

Wendy instantly look at him,suspiciously.While Joy was confused because she didn't know what Eunwoo was searching for.

"Maybe you put it somewhere." Wendy blurted.

"I'm sure that I put them on my table." Eunwoo responded.

"We should look at the CCTV record." Joy told Wendy,even she's still confused.

"Can I check the CCTV record?" Wendy questioned.

"Yes,let me help you." Eunwoo said.

The three of them walk inside the room where they can watch each cameras record.

"Let's check the record today at the exact time where we-" Wendy's words got cut because Joy squeezed her hands and stare at her like she's telling something.

"W-Where I entered the office." Wendy continued.

Eunwoo nod at her then he search for the record that the camera inside the office have and start playing it where Wendy can be heard knocking at the door.

Unexpectedly,the screen gets blurry and few words pops at the screen.

"Camera have been successfully hacked." Eunwoo read out loud,with confusion in his eyes.

"Try playing it again." Wendy suggested,which Eunwoo followed.

They watch the video again where Wendy knocked at the door but then the the screen showed another record of an camera but it was placed at the outside of the office.

A dog can be seen barking at the outside,the dog take a sit and rolled it's body at the floor while barking at the door of the office.

"I'm playing with the dog that time." Joy happily said.

"You like dogs?" Wendy whispered,so Eunwoo can't hear her.

"Yes,I like taking care of dogs." Joy told Wendy,with a smile.

"I'm sorry,the camera's record was hacked." Eunwoo apologized.

Which make the two of them look at him,sadly.

"That means I can't find Jin anymore." Wendy blurted,looking at Joy.

"I think my friend knows where Jin is living at because he is Jin's cousin,I can call him to go here." Eunwoo blurted,then he use his phone.

"Wendy,ask Eunwoo about what he feels after knowing that we can't be married so we can know if we can still think that he is the murderer or not." Joy told Wendy.

Wendy nods at her and waits for Eunwoo to end the call.

"I've heard that you were supposed to marry Joy." Wendy said,while looking at Eunwoo who finished the call.

"Who's Joy?" Eunwoo questioned,so Joy face palmed mentally.

"Tell him it's Sooyoung." Joy told her.

"I mean Sooyoung." Wendy corrected,even she's confused on why Joy's name is different for Eunwoo.

Eunwoo smiles at her and nods his head in agreement.

"That's true." Eunwoo responded.

"And I also heard that the wedding got cancelled,how did you feel about it?" Wendy blurted.

"It's fine for me because I don't have feelings for her." Eunwoo said,smiling at her.

As Wendy and Joy were waiting for Eunwoo's friend whose Jin's cousin,they heard a dog barking.They look at the direction and found out that the dog was running towards them.

"Haetnim!" Joy shouted.

The dog bark at her and start spinning around,which make Joy to giggle at it's cuteness.

"That's the dog that the screen showed earlier." Wendy said.

"Yes,it is." Joy replied,patting the dog's head.

"This dog really looks like my dog,Haetnim." Joy added.

"It's weird to think that this dog can feel your touch and see you." Wendy blurted.

"Yeah,it's weird." Joy responded.

They heard footsteps coming towards them and they saw Eunwoo whose looking at the dog.

"I've been searching for this dog." Eunwoo stated,carrying the dog in his arms.

"Are you the owner?" Wendy questioned.

"No but this dog shouldn't be staying at my company because I don't allow pets to be brought here." Eunwoo answered.

"W-Wendy,I want to take care of it." Joy blurted,getting sad while looking at the dog.

Wendy look at her once before eyeing Eunwoo whose still carrying the dog.

"I want to take care of it." Wendy repeated,what Joy said.

"Okay,then I'll let it stay around the company but you should not take this dog at the company if you'll go again here." Eunwoo told her,giving the dog.

Wendy places it at her own lap and was about to thank Eunwoo when a familiar voice can be heard.

"Yow!" he shouted.

"Chanyeol!?" Wendy shouted,angrily.

Joy look at him and realized that he was the one who harassed Wendy at the bar so she got angry.

"What are you doing here!?" Wendy shouted.

"Calm down,please." Eunwoo said,looking around the persons who were looking at them.

"Wendy,I'm sorry.I was drunk that time and was jealous because the person I love was inlove with someone else." Chanyeol explained.

Joy gets up and punches him making Wendy widens her eyes but sadly,Chanyeol can't feel her punch because she is a spirit and only Wendy can feel her touch.

Joy sighs and pout while walking towards Wendy,which Wendy find it cute.

"I'm Jin's cousin and I know where he's currently living at." Chanyeol added.

"Are you sure about that?" Wendy asked,with a mad tone.

"I'm sure." Chanyeol assured,then he told them where Jin is living at.

After Chanyeol gave Jin's address,he walks away and Eunwoo walks away too leaving the two girls and the dog.
