Shoto and Izuku's quirk manifest

It was currently noon at the todoroki residence and the No.2 hero Endeavor was sitting in his dojo, when his son natsuo came in then said "father it's shoto I think his quirk is manifesting" at that moment Endeavor jumped up and asked "where is he?"trying not to get to excited.

They made their way to the garden where both of Endeavor's young sons Shoto and Izuku were playing.

When both of them got to the garden or more like when Endeavor got there he shoved his kids aside to reveal Shoto creating ice then fire but Endeavor noticed that when Shoto would use his fire he would stop creating ice and when he used his ice he would stop sprouting fire."so he can only use one at a time" endeavor thought"well I'm sure with the proper training he'll be able to use both at once".

At that moment endeavor turned to his other son Izuku and asked him to show him his quirk Izuku nodded then tried but it looked more like he was taking a poop, after awhile he looked at his father and said"I don't know how to turn it on" upon hearing this endeavor became a little irritated with what his son said.

Then his daughter Fuyumi spoke and said"well not yet that is sometimes it'll take time maybe before or by the time he's five it'll develop"she looked at her father.

Disappointed could be seen all over Endeavors face he then turned to Izuku and said"your a failure just like your brother and sister"the cold tone of his voice echoed in Izuku's head all he could hear was the word failure.

   Endeavor spoke aloud and said"Shoto your training starts in thirty minutes"he turns to his wife "tell Toya he is no longer needed I have a better candidate to replace him"he says as he looks at Shoto

   "But dad what about me?"Izuku ask "you are of no need until your quirk develops that is if it's good enough"he turns away and leaves for the dojo.

  Endeavors wife Rei kneels down toward Izuku and says"it's ok we'll go see a quirk doctor ok"she tells him trying to get rid of the lifeless look he has in his eyes,all Izuku could say was"ok".

TIME SKIP TO THE QUIRK DOCTOR'S OFFICE

Third person POV

  Izuku was sitting in a chair wondering what his quirk would be"maybe it's like Shoto's or maybe like dads or will it be like moms or what if it isn't like their and I get a powerful quirk like All Mights maybe then dad will train me"he thought

  But he was snapped out of his thoughts when he hears his mother is yelling at him to turn off his quirk he realizes that he has both fire and ice in both hands almost like the fire was overlapping the ice.

Rei stood there in complete awe at the quirk her son had. Then the quirk dispersed and Izuku's flames/ice quirk was gone and in it's place there were blades coming out of his arm causing him to bleed but after awhile the blades retreated and his arm healed in seconds. But at right moment the doctor came out of his office and told Izuku to just relax. When Izuku did relax his quirks deactivated and the doctor called Izuku and Rei into his office.

The doctor sat on his chair and began to explain Izuku's quirk"well Mrs.Todoroki Izuku here has a very very powerful quirk" upon hearing this Izuku was full of excitement whereas Rei was now questioning to what exactly was his quirk "ok let's settle down Izuku" after a few seconds Izuku settled down and sat in his chair now curious of what his quirk does and how it works and if there are any drawbacks."ok listen Izuku's quirk allows him to create any quirk he wants to allowing him to determine the drawbacks to the quirks that he creates and if there are any weaknesses or he can copy someone's quirk and get rid of the drawbacks to that quirk,he can create and keep them for himself or give them to other and or even upgrade someone's quirk increasing the power or get rid of any drawbacks or weaknesses or could just take the quirk away from the person permanently,also any quirk that he copies or creates or takes from someone he can dispose of them". There was a silence in the room after the doctor explained Izuku's quirk until he spoke again"one more thing there is no drawbacks to the quirk so who knows how powerful the quirks he makes could become". He told Rei

There was a few seconds of silence until Rei told Izuku to go into the waiting room

Rei's POV

   "Ok listen doctor I fear that if someone were to find out about his quirk(referring to Endeavor) he could become a target so doctor could you please list him as quirkless please I beg you"Rei said with absolute fear in her voice. Taking notice to this the doctor spoke" your right to be scared Mrs.Todoroki with a quirk like his he could become a target to villains so I will list him a quirkless for his sake". After hearing this Rei was relieved not only because Endeavor wouldn't find out about his quirk but also because villains wouldn't find out either.

   After that talk Rei thanked the doctor got a printed copy of Izuku's assignment saying that he was quirkless. She left the room to Izuku sitting quietly on a chair wiggling his feet."ok come on Izuku let's go home" she told her son"ok momma" Izuku replied then took his mother's hand walked out the door and to the car.

   In the car Rei got Izuku into his seat buckled him in and got in the car." Listen Izuku you cannot tell your father about your quirk ok you may not know why or not like it but you can't do you hear me?"she looked back to see Izuku staring at her he looked down then spoke" why can't I tell dad what my quirk is I'm pretty sure he'll love it and let me train with him and Shoto so I can be a hero"he looked at his mom who was now crying but she still spoke through her tears "bb.. because  yy..you don't want to...to train with them" as she stared at him he was looking down then slowly moved his gaze to up to her" ok mommy I won't tell them what my quirk is it'll be our secret just the two of us" he said trying to sound happy to cheer up his mom but deep down he wanted to tell his father so bad" ok that's my little boy........I'll tell your father that your quirkless so he doesn't think that you have a quirk ok?" She said

   All Izuku did was nod then they were on their way home.Rei knew that if she were to tell her husband about their son being quirkless he would be more than pissed off.So she hoped that things wouldn't get to crazy but then at the same time it was Enji Todoroki everything about him screams evil,crazy,merciless,but all she could do was hope.

( Also if you're wondering how Izuku looks he's basically the same but a bit taller and his hair is a combination of red and white so basically his hair is pink with red and white streaks here and there and his eyes are grey with teal pupils )
