Every month you and your partner read at least three chapters of each other's books (if you can or want to read more go ahead and do so) and leave comments.
(Comments like good chapter are not included, it doesn't really help the author)
Put #bcfw at the end of each comment and comment done by your name.

If you have a certain member you would like to be teamed with you can ask them if they would like to be teamed with you and I'll make sure to pair you up.
