~ Andy's POV ~
"Hurry up, Bitch." Charlotte says as she honks her horn repeatedly. I rushed as fast as I could with the little time she was giving me to get ready. When I got home from work, Charlotte was already in my driveway waiting for me. If I wasn't in my work uniform I would've gone with her straight away, but I was never that fortunate.
I ran out of my small apartment as I had just pulled on my hoodie. Charlotte's face went from annoyed to a smile as soon as she saw me. I hopped into her passenger side and she took off at a much higher speed then needed.
"My God, Charlotte. Slow down." She laughed and only sped up causing me to hold on to my seatbelt just a little bit tighter.
"It's Rye Beaumont. I'm not slowing down for anything now. All these hoes will be trippin once they see me speeding down the highway." I looked at her confused, but laughed anyway.
"Ok I guess. I have no idea what that means, but I'll just go with it."
It obviously didn't take us very long to get there as it felt like we were going almost 100 mph, but it was more crowded then I would've expected. It was a stadium and the doors were already open, yet there was still thousands of people waiting to get in.
I cringed as I saw the crowd. It mostly a bunch of teenage girls and their parents. Then there was a few people who were like Charlotte and I who were in our 20's and were just kind of here. We didn't live in a very big city in England, so I wasn't expecting this many people to show up. But I guess there are some very loyal fans who will follow anyone anywhere.
Charlotte grabbed my arm harshly and dragged me toward the giant building. At this point, I wish I would've just said no to Charlotte and went out with Graham.
I had no idea where I was going the whole time. Charlotte was the one dragging me places like to the merch stands and to get food or something. I found relief when she finally took me to our seats. They were pretty close to the stage actually, but I wasn't too surprised since it's Charlotte we're talking about.
"I hope he sees me in the crowd so that we fall in love." I laughed and rolled my eyes playfully at her.
"Charlotte, this isn't a fan fiction. I doubt he'll even look this way." She sighed and pushed me lightly.
"No need to ruin my imagination Fowler, but yes I'm aware. Also I really appreciate you coming with me." I nodded as she talked to me. I was kind of zoning out as I looked around the arena. It was massive and it looked like there was millions of people here. I was never a big fan of concerts for that reason, but I also never really liked anyone this popular.
It wasn't until Charlotte elbowed me in the shoulder that I realized the lights had gone down. My eyes made their way to the stage and there he was. I wasn't blown away or anything crazy, but man was he beautiful.
The way he walked across the stage as he sang made his brown hair bounce in front of his chocolate brown eyes. He was wearing a tight fitting black shirt with looser fitting pants that showed off his body perfectly.
I couldn't draw my eyes off of him and I was mad at myself for it. I was expecting to be bored and want to leave, but I was feeling the opposite. I never wanted him to leave the stage.
So, you could probably imagine my surprise when Charlotte smacked my arm repeatedly. I looked over at her and she was smiling widely.
"He's looking at me!" I gave her a confused look and looked back at him. Sure enough Rye Beaumont was looking our way, but it almost looked like he was looking at me. I couldn't tear my eyes away from his and I felt frozen in place. I hesitantly looked back at Charlotte and she was basically drooling, but so was everyone around us.
That's when I realized he probably wasn't looking at me or Charlotte. It could've been anyone around us. From that distance it's hard to tell who he was looking at which made me slightly disappointed. I didn't know why, but I hated it.
I continued to watch the show and before I knew it, it was over. There wasn't anymore glance our way and he preformed like normal. So, when Charlotte and I got in the car she was quick to get out of there.
"He looked at me! Rye Beaumont looked at me!" I smiled and patted her shoulder. I wasn't going to deny it because it could've been true.
"Congrats Charlotte, I hope your dreams have come true." She squealed and she practically looked like she was in heaven.
"I don't think I will ever sleep tonight." I laughed and shrugged my shoulders.
"I will because I have a gig tomorrow. So, sucks for you." Her smile faded as I mentioned my gig.
"Oh Charlotte cmon. Did you forget?" She nodded and gripped the steering wheel a little tighter.
"Uh yeah I kind of did. I'm sorry Andy. I made plans with someone that I can't get out of." I sighed but I shook my head slowly.
"It's fine. I'm sure tomorrow won't be my last one. Plus you owe me now, so there is no way you are getting out of the next one." She smiled and hugged me from the side the best she could while still driving.
"Thanks, Andy. You really are the best you know that?" I nodded causing her to laugh.
"Just drive me home, dude." She laughed once more and continued to drive. Our conversations carried out as normal and it mostly consisted of her fangirling over her look from Rye Beaumont.
To be fair, I couldn't help but think of him either. Something about him made me feel weird inside, but I'm not completely sure what it is.
