Proxy

Hello and good evening, my little reader.  So, you've decided to click on my story?  Very gracious of you, please do accept this boquet of flowers as a token of gratitude.  What's that?  There's a venus flytrap in there?  And it almost ate your finger?  Darling, that's the centrepeice!  

Anyway, down to buisness.  This is Proxy, a story about the servants of Slenderman, or Slendy, as he is called by those who know him closer.  The Proxies are as follows:

Totheark, AKA: Hoodie:  A man, 19.  The other side of Masky, the more violent-prone of the friends.  He wears a yellow hoodie with dark jeans and bare feet.  He wears a black mask with red eye sockets and frown.  His hair is blonde, his skin is pale and his eyes are grey/blue.  His powers include mind manipulation and telekenisis.  Although he can cause your insanity or stability, he is unable to control either when it comes to himself.

Tim, AKA: Masky:  A man, 20, who wears a white mask with black lips and eyes.  He has shaggy black hair and is about six feet tall.  He wears an orange military coat with black jeans and boots.  His eyes are blue, and his skin is tanned.  The most frightening thing about him is that without the mask, he looks just like a normal person.  His weapon is targeted at your emotional state, and has the ability to make you feel whatever he wants.  He, however, is not likely to fall victim to such emotions.

Toby, AKA: Ticci Toby:  A kid, 17, the newest proxy to Slenderman.  He wears a brown hoodie with a blue hood and jeans with black converse.  He alsa wears large, round, orange goggles with a striped mouthguard.  His weapons are two hatchets, one orange and one brown.  He's very pale with green eyes and auburn hair.  He has no memory of his life prior to his supposed "death", and therefore only knows what Slenderman and the other Proxies have told him.  Only Slenderman knows of his past, and refuses to tell.

These three lil' monsters make up the Proxies, people devoted entirely to carrying out what Slenderman cannot.  A proxy by definition is "something that does a task for something else that cannot".

These three are experts in the art of killing and torture, and they love what they do.  There is nothing human about them, no mercy, no kindness, nothing.

Until a little cutie came along, as the story goes.  A girl, of course, and her brother, who find themselves able to resist the powers of Masky and Hoodie.  They are not affected by the emotional or psychological attacks, and why, you ask?  Perhaps you know the answer- "Read the character description and find out!"

Enter the two humans:

Devi (Danielle Violet):  A small thing, only five foot five and a hundred pounds, this anorexic beauty has long red hair, freckles galore, and the greenest eyes to ever green.  She has just turned seventeen.  Although human, she finds herself drawn to the macabre and horrors of movies and books.  They prove an escape from her terrible reality, as well as her online blog where she writes her stories.  She and her brother stumble upon the Proxies in the middle of a killing and is taken to the Mansion for furthur questioning when the Proxies' powers do not work.

Joseph:  The younger of the siblings, at only seven.  Since the death of his and his sister's parents, he's become very in-tune to the outdoors, doing his best to focus on moving on with his life and coping with his emotions.  He's become very aware of the fact that life is fragile and is very scared of his sister or him getting hurt.  He's still confused about death, about where people go after they die, and what causes someone to die.  If two people can drown and die, like their parents, what else can be deadly enough to kill?  He's become obsessed with death and life after death.  He is a very good-looking child with auburn hair and brown eyes, and takes after his father.  Once he goes to the mansion with everyone, he becomes good friends with Toby, and gets a lot of his questions answered by him.  

These two stumble upon a killing in the city of Baltimore, Maryland, happening on the edge of the forest, near three in the morning after their drunken older brother, Mike, sends Joseph to get Devi from a party.  Devi is understandalby furious at Mike for sending a seven-year-old boy into a huge city alone, so she plans to take him to a friend's house and confront Mike alone.  On the way to the friend's house they make a shortcut through a small patch of woods where they witness the Proxies murduring a jogger.  When they try to sneak away, Joseph makes a sound which alerts Ticci Toby, who sends the others after them.  When they're captured, they attempt their powers on them, but they don't work.  They decide to take them to the mansion to talk with Slender.

And what is to become of these two?
