" y/n, honey are you done packing?" my mom yelled out from downstairs
we were moving out to new jersey because my mom found a new new job and apparently they pay more than the job she had.
"yes mom just one sec, i'll be down" i called back out
the plane leaves at 5:30 and it's now 3:02 which we still had a bit of time left.
we were now on the plane, my parents and little sister were sitting together and my older brother and i were sitting by ourselves
i was settling in and someone tapped my shoulder.
"hey im Kairi" the boy next to me said
he was low key kinda cute
"oh, hi im y/n" i smiled
"so why New Jersey?" Kairi asked
"well im moving there and it's kind of scary since that mean new house, new school and new friends...well maybe new friends" i said
"oh damn, i live in jersey. maybe if we're lucky enough and somewhat live close to each other let's hang out sometimes" he said and smiled
"haha for sureeee" i said and smiled back
hours passed and we finally landed in New Jersey. i wasn't still excited.
before we came here my parents already bought a house and everything. as we got everything we needed my aunt finally came and picked us up.
"ahh look at you guys! you guys got so super big!" aunt Lisa said and hugged me
"i've missed you so much" i said to her and gave her a tight hug.
once we got to our new house which was 30 minutes from the airport. the car truck was just in time.
after my dad and the car truck people were down talking my car, Anthony (big brother) and my parents car were finally at the new house.
couple hours later our stuff finally got here. i went and opened the truck and found my guitar and went inside.
my parents and Anthony were taking the stuff out while i was getting a snack and Allison (baby sister) was playing with her dolls.
out of nowhere Anthony came running and tackle me
"ouch Anthony" i screamed out
he stood up and ran outside so as i did too running after him
"okay okay chill" Anthony said and laughed
i looked at him and rolled my eyes. we were almost done unloading the truck and i told them ill get the last box in the truck.
i came back out and there was a group of boys playing soccer.
as i was looking i spotted someone that looked like someone i know but don't know who.
"oh hey y/n" one of them shouted
i was now confused cause how did my next door neighbor know my name. he then ran up to me.
"omg hi Kairi, got me all scared" i said and laughed
which caused him to laugh too.
"well seems like we were lucky enough" Kairi said and smiled
"yea, haha next door neighbor" i said
"y/n cmon" i heard a voice yell out
i turned around and it was Anthony. i looked back at Kairi.
"well im glad to know that we live right across each other but i have to go" i said
"catch you later?" Kairi asked
"sure" i said and walked inside the house
