Chapter 3- Lucky (Jason Mraz ft. Colbie Calliat)

Connor's POV

While I'm making my food, I started singing Lucky by Jason Mraz.

"Do you hear me? I'm talking to you. Across the water, across the deep blue ocean, under the open sky. Oh My Baby Im tryin'"

I looked at my sandwich. Then I heard someone singing.

"Boy I hear you in my dreams, I feel you whisper across the sea, I keep you with me in my heart. You make it easier, when life gets hard."

I looked at Kyle.

"Nice voice huh, Kylie?" I smirked, knowing she gets annoyed.

"Thanks." She blushed.

SHE'S BLUSHING?! Did she like me too? O God...

Kylie's POV

I heard him singing Lucky. Is he thinking about me? I hope so...

I stood up and walks ypwarda the kitchen. I know Jason's part is going to finish.

I continued. He turned around and he has the smile in his face.

He teases me using the name ""Kylie.""

I know I blushed. Fvck. He might think that I like him. Shit.

I hear the door slam and I run to the living room.

I saw my brother, Michael, panting.

"What happened to you?!" I yelled.

"Mcvey. Mcvey happened." I realize that his knuckles is full of blood and his face is full of bruise.

"What did he do?" I asked, angrily.

"He told me to persuade you to date him. I know you didn't like him. So I said no." After he explain it. I ran out the door, grabbing his car keys at the table.

"Kylie Clifford! Where are you going?!" Michael shouted.

"Mcvey's!!" I slam the door. When I got in the car, I started driving to his house.

When I arrived. I got out and rang his doorbell many times.

He opened the door after five minutes.

"What do you want?" He asked me sternly.

"What did you do to my brother?!" I screamed.
