Once the two year peace had been agreed upon, everyone was allowed to wander around their territories. At this time, Ben was wandering on the East edge  of the Thunder Clan territory when he came upon the ruins of an old run down castle from roughly one million years ago in the olden King times. As he wandered into this castle he began to take notice of the moss and vines that created different patterns across the walls and up toward the ceiling. He went into a room filled with paintings in which were labeled across the top of the northern wall in warrior tongue "The soon to be King." He was already King at the time but he knew it was him.

Turning towards the East wall, Ben looked upon these paintings and recognized something interesting. The paintings told of the past, present, and future. There in front of him was his timeline from the point he accessed the warrior world to the point in which he walked into the castle. Everything from the previous wars with Cole and the shadows and even the time in which everything was calm and peaceful.

The West wall was covered in tales of what he could only assume was the future. He looked at the wall in curiosity and confusion because he had never seen something like this before. Looking at the last painting, he could see a painting that caught his eye. Walking towards it he could that it included what looked like an old scroll. At first glance, it seemed as if the scroll was a part of the painting, but upon further inspection, and a light tracing of the assumed painting, he felt a sort of paper instead of the dried paint in which he assumed it to be.

He picked up the scroll with caution and carefully unraveled it. He was in for a shock as he began to read the first sentence only to recognize that it was not the language he was so used to speaking. It was an ancient form of text he had no knowledge of, later finding out that it was of a speech long since thought to be extinct. This speech was called "The Dead Tongue".

Raveling the scroll back up, he began to head back to his clan in hopes to find anyone that could read the scroll and translate it. Taking it to the new King's castle, he placed it in the King's room and began his long, tiring search for anyone that could understand the ancient material.
