'Hello can I take your order'
I greeted the customers sat at the table.

'Umm yes, could I have a slice of the double chocolate cake, a black coffee with two sugars, and 6 cappuccino's, 4 with two sugars and 2 with one sugar?'

'Anything else?

'No that's everything, thank you sweetheart'

'I'll bring your order as soon as possible'

I walked away from the group of 7 men and sighed.

'Jackson can you help with this order please?'

'Yep, gotta take this to Mrs Lang quickly'

I smiled and turned to the fridge with the cake in.

I work in a cafe in the middle of town, it's small, but the customers that come in are lovely

The 7 men sat at the table in the corner are off putting, they're all dressed like natural young men, but they all have bags, oh shut up y/n your overthinking the situation.

After I got all their coffees I walked to the table and placed the tray down.

'Ok who's Is the black coffee?'

'That's here gorgeous, and the chocolate cake please' the man smiled, his dimples could kill.

'Ok the cappuccinos with one sugar?'

'Here and here please miss'
The man pointed.

'And the others I'm guessing are for you guys'

'Correct'

I handed all their coffees out and picked the tray up.

'Enjoy your drinks'

'Thanks miss'

I placed the tray down and looked at the clock. 7pm, finally my shift is almost over.

I took off my apron and went into the seating area and wiped all the tables and pushed the chairs under the tables.

I felt eyes on me, but I didn't bother with it I just carried on finishing what I started.

I walked back into the back of the shop and cleaned all the pots that needed cleaning.

'My job here is done'

I walked back into the front behind the till and saw the 7 men getting up.

'How much will it be love?'

'Umm...'
I cashed up the total and looked back to the man.
'That'll be $12.50 in total please'

'Okay'

He handed me $15.

'Keep the change, good service and all'
He winked at me before walking away.

I looked at the men once more before sighing.

'Finally closing time'

Suddenly I felt 2 strong arms wrap around my waist.

'Days finally over, we can go home and get into our pjs and watch a movie'

'Mhm'
I turned around to face jackson and pecked his lips. Jackson and I have been dating for a couple of years and we live together in our little flat about a 15 minute walk from the cafe.

'Come on then'

'You go get in the car and I'll just lock up'

'Okay baby'

He walked out and I started getting my coat and phone and the keys to lock up.

I locked the door and turned to walk to Jackson's car when I saw figures moving towards me.

I panicked and turned to the opposite direction and broke into a gentle jog.

I looked behind me and saw a couple of the figures running after me. I ran as fast as I could but still that wasn't fast enough to outrun them.

I felt myself get pushed to the ground and get pinned down.

'And where do you think you're going........ kang y/n'
