Mia POV:

10 minutes earlier (before they put the casket down)

As I walked up to my mother casket, I looked down at her face I noticed that some of my mother's features didn't look the same as I remember. I started to wonder if this was even my mother. I shook my head and thought maybe it was just the makeup or because I just want her to come back from the dead, so I kissed my hand and put it on her cheek and walked away.

After the funeral

I look at my baby and whisper for you to be so adorable you just look like my momma, you got her eye shape, and her little dimples and honestly I'm glad that you have her features because at least I can have some parts of my mother in you I love you so much royal. Just know you are my heart and soul. "I love you" I hear I look up and smile "I love you to baby" quez comes up to me and kisses the top of my temple I blush and look at our baby and see that she is pouting a little I giggle and say "I love you to my baby" she giggles and smile and lifts her hands up to her daddy and he happily grabs her and spins her around. While she giggles loudly and for the first time today, I laugh for real for the first time today quez stops spinning her and look at me and smiles softly and says, "I've been thinking". I look at him curiously and say "what" and the next thing he said makes me angry and without thinking I yell "NO".

Marquez POV:

I looked at my love and say the words I've been wanting to surprise her with the thing I've been waiting for the longest. "I've been thinking that you need to get away from it all and I've decided to take you to your favorite place in the world which is South Korea," the look on her face said it all that's she wasn't happy at all and it hurt. Without a second thought, she yelled "NO" "Well why not you need to get away I just wanted you to be happy again" I said in soft tone looking down "Well it didn't ok you just expect me to be ok after my mother just died you don't understand!!" she yelled. Not going to lie it hurt like hell for her to yell at me with so much hate not to be a little bitch or nothing but it hurt and I started tearing up and just said "Fine I guess I don't understand... I guess I'll just cancel our tickets than" after that, I put Royal down in her crib and said "daddy will be back soon I just some time ok I love you so much baby girl" I looked at Mia and opened my mouth to say nothing but closed it right back and turned away I grabbed my bag I had packed for the trip and just walked out I got in my car and drove to Donyell and Jada's house. I knocked on the door and waited with tears coming down my eyes Jada answers the door and looks shocked and says "What happen to you are you ok" I look up and before I can even say anything I break down she grabs me and yells "Donyell come down here".

Mia POV:

What did I just do I thought to myself then after 10 minutes of looking at the door Marquez just walked through before I broke down and started crying "stupid, stupid, stupid" I said out loud how could it be so dumb to just yell at him and he  was just trying to help me when I needed it the most. I walk up to my baby and see she's looking at me confused with a pout on her face that says "Where did daddy go" I pick her up and say "Everything is going to be ok I promise daddy will be back soon" after that I just hug her and we both lay down in  my bed till we fell asleep.
