Our Reality (Taehyung ff)

Chapter 8: Hurt

You turn around and everything becomes slow. Your heart skipped a beat and it feels like you're stuck in time. 

"Taehyung..." The first word that comes through your mouth. He just smiled at you. 

"Suprise... I thought you would have figured out that it's me by all the places," Taehyung looks at you and smirks

"What do you mean--" Iyou're actually clueless but then the memories get you back on the track

(flashback)

-TOILET-

You walk through the man toilet and someone bumped into you. Your sketchbook dropped and opened. You look at it and exhale in relieve cause it's upside down...

You were going to reach for it but then the boy picks it up. You don't know what to do. You just take it from him harshly. You look at him and smile. Suddenly your body feels cold and your heart beats faster. He then walks away after saying sorry. 

-CLASS-

He walks in and faces us. You look at his face... 'I've seen him before' You wonder because you can't see clearly. Your eyes met his and your heart stopped beating. 'His eyes, nose and lips... This can't be... You gotta be kidding me...' He folds his sleeves making the girls gossiping. "I'm Kim Taehyung" He intentionally looks at you deeper and lifts his chin showing his jawline.

-LIBRARY-

You sit across Taehyung and just stare at the table... He's playing with his phone. 'Why Moonbin is so late? It's already 30 minutes..,' If you see him after you would definitely hit him in he head.

"Where is your friend?" His deep voice attacks you and it sends you to shiver.

.......

He slightly cut the cardboard. You just stare at him... 'How perfect is he? How could I not fall for him? I've been always imagining to have a guy like him...'

"Why are you smiling? Am I that attractive?" You snap to reality. You were embarrassed... He smirks.

-THE TREE-

Taehyung dragged you to somewhere quiet and of course, there's no one. You force him to let you go by swinging your hand and he stop there. He turns and looks at you with a poker face.

"What are you doing?" You look at him with a fierce look. He smirks and looks at the sky then look at you back.

"It's like the old days... " He smirks at you 

(present)

You gasp when it hits your head. You're wondering why didn't you think of it earlier, it's just so clear. You feel like running away from him. But then you realize something. 

"Let the truth speaks," You said and lift your head looking at him

He gestures you to sit on the bench. You do as he says and he does the same. You look at the sky cause you wouldn't dare to look at him. Your heart beats fast cause you're nervous with what he'll tell you.

"You must have been waiting for this, right?" He asks and looks at you. He takes a deep breath and looks at his feet.

"How should I start..." He takes a minute to arrange his words. You just keep in silent 

"Okay, 3 years ago right on this day we're officially in a relationship... I love you very much that I'll just glued to you the whole day," You don't know what to react actually but it really suits your dreams

"And I also could tell that you love me too. You would always draw me while we're holding hands. And that would make you're drawing a lil bit messy..." He laughs at the thought himself.  

"Everything was very smooth for almost a year but then news about a couple of students break-in the office and steal the exams answer sheet and sold it. I was one of the suspects... " He sighs and I could tell that the worst part is coming. 

"I've been investigated for the whole week so I can't meet you nor tell you the truth that I didn't do it. The next week you come to see me and I was so happy," He smiles to himself and continues

"You come to me and I was going to hug you but then you push me not wanting to. I was clueless and speechless. I still remember all the words that you said." I look at him and there are some tears on his cheeks

"You said you have never loved me, it was just a game. You didn't expect me to be that easy. All you want from me is attention nothing else. I really can't except it. I know from your eyes that you're lying and you love me," He starts to calm a bit

"I know something is wrong so I take you to the park so we can have a clear conversation. But you kept on trying to let go from my hands. We got in the taxi and you gave up. I try to talk to you but then you push me and cry, it feels like you don't want me at all..." He sighs and looks at you

"We got into a crash and end up in the hospital. When I woke up I'm okay so I search for you and it seems like your condition is worse. I ask the nurse who crashed to us and it reveals..." At this point, you think you know... Dad has said it, you thought.

"Who is it Taehyung?" Your head can't think of anything and your heart beats faster

"Its... Your mother," He closed his eyes like he knows what we'll happen

My heart shatters into thousands of pieces. I break down into tears

"My mom?" I look at him in tears

"It's not like that Y/n," He starts to explain but you cut him off

"You killed my mom and keep it from me?" You scoff not believing

"It's not like I don't want to but you and your family disappeared out-" 

"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR EXCUSE TAEHYUNG... You're the one who causes my mom died. If you just leave me alone that wouldn't be it," you couldn't accept the reality

You stood up and walk away... It's too much for you to handle. You still can't believe what happened. Taehyung stopped you by holding your wrist

"Y/n-ah... Please don't go, don't leave me again... I still love you..," He desperately not letting you go. But your heart is too hurt to face him again. You turn to him and hold his hand. You could see hope in his eyes. 

"But I don't think I am," You said and pushed his hand away from your wrist slowly. You walk away and leave him crying there

You feel sorry but this is what he deserves...
