MEET THE STEP-BROTHER

I'm on my way home. Tumawag Kasi si mommy eh, she said that we have a family dinner and she had something to tell me important.

Kaya umalis ako Ng maaga SA duty ko kasi nanibago Lang ako sa tawag kanina ni mommy SA akin.  I felt like nervous Kasi parang may Hindi magandang nangyari mamaya.

I drive as fast as I can. Nanibago Kasi ako SA boses kanina ni mommy like she fell happy. Kasi nung namatay si daddy, mommy was a workaholic. Palagi na Lang Siya umaalis, busy and wala nang time SA akin, SA Amin.

I remember when mommy is happy and a careful wife. Palagi na Lang siyang masaya, mahingin at Isang maalagang ina SA akin at Kay daddy. But when daddy died in a car accident, my mom was a workaholic.

SA trabaho niya na Lang ginagawa ang lahat para Hindi niya maisip ang nakaraan Kaya when I heard her voice in phone I fell like happy in my mom cause I heard her angelic voice again.

When I parked my car in a garage. Bumaba na ako at pumasok SA mansion. First, I go to my room to washed and to prepare to our dinner tonight.

Then I'm finish I wore a simple off shoulder black dress then a little light make up at nang makatapos na ako ay bumaba na ako.

Nang makababa na ako ay pumunta na ako SA dining area. I saw mommy laughing with a guy.

I think the guy must be a forty plus I think. Tumikhim ako para makuha nila ang presensya ko.

"Hi, mom" I said then I kissed his cheek then I hug her. "What are your going to say to me, mom?" Then I faced the man and smile to him.

" Oh, I liked you to meet this man, Mr. Kevin Ferrero" then mom  said to me then I face the man.

"Hi" I said to him then smiled.

"Hi, Kathleen. Nice to meet you" he said then smile to me.

" Sweetheart, I had something to tell you." Then mom hug the man. " Meet your father-in-law, sweetheart cause where planning to get married soon" mom smiled widely.

When mom said to me I fell happy
To them because mom is already happy again in that guy.

" I'm happy to both of you mom" I said to them then faced to the man who was my father-in-law. " Please take care of my mom" I said to him.

"I will" he said then kiss my mom head.

Then after that we talk. Nalaman ko Pala na nagkilala pala sila ni mommy SA Isang business. Sila pala ay business partner then hanggang SA nakilala pala ni Mr. Ferrero or let say Tito Kevin.

Hanggang SA ligawan at suyuan hanggang SA sinagot ni mommy si Tito kevin.

" Hahahaha...Hindi ko nga makalimutan na isa pa Lang pakipot ang mommy mo, Kathleen" tawa nang tawa si tito.

" Hoy! Hindi ako pakipot ahh!" Sigaw din ni mommy SA kanya.

Ngayon ko lang nakita si mommy na ngumiti at tumawa Ng ganito. Since She was laughing and smiling when daddy was alive.

Kaya nanibago ako SA kanya ngayon pero masaya ako dahil Hindi na si mommy na puro trabaho Lang ang ginagawa kundi dahil may ginagawa na Siya na ikinasasaya niya at Yun si tito.

Calling... Cheska...

I excuse to them. I answer the call. It was my bestfriend Cheska.

"Hi, Cheska. How are you? "I said to her.

"Hi Kathleen. I'm okey, Im calling you because Kuya Chester birthday is today, right? " She said to me.

Kuya Chester is her older brother. He is the one who is my closely friend boy. I've forgot that him birthday is tomorrow.

" I'm sorry Cheska. I'm forgot that kuya Chester birthday was today. I'm sorry" I apologize. Nakalimutan ko na ngayon Pala ang birthday ni kuya. Mukang magtatampo Yun SA akin.

" It's okey, Kath. Actually kuya said na Hindi Siya magtatampo once you want to attend him birthday tonight" she said to me.

" Okey, I come. Saan ba si Kuya? " Tanong ko at tinignan ang relo ko. 8 pm pa Lang Pala maka kahabol pa ako.

"In the bar, Kathleen. Kuya asked you to be here immediately" she said to me.

" Okey, ches. I come but I have to finish our dinner tonight"

" Okey, Kath see you." Then she hang up the call.

Nang natapos na ang tawag ay pumunta na ako sa dining then I sat down beside mom.

"Mom. Ahmm---" Hindi Natapos ang sasabihin ko nang may nag door bell." Okey, mom. Ako na po ang magbubukas"

When I open the door. I gasped cause there was a man standing in front on me with a simple black v-neck shirt with a black pants.

Hindi ko na alam kong naka nganga na Pala ang bibig ko SA kakatitig SA kanya. He was handsome as I thought.

Marami na din Kasi akong nakita na gwapo pero Hindi ko naman alam na may mas lasing gwapo nang kanya. The brown eyes, pointed nose, and the kissable red lips.

What happened if he kiss me that lips? It's romantic or deliciou--

Nawala Lang ang muni-muni ko nang bigla siyang nag lakad papasok SA bahay.

Whattttt!

Bakit Siya papasok?

Hindi ko Siya naabutan Kasi SA tangkad pa naman niya ay laking laki din nang lakad niya Kaya Hindi ko Siya kayang habulin Kaya tinanaw ko Lang Siya nang tingin at pumunta Siya nang dining...

DINING?

I ran then i saw the man who standing beside Mr. Ferrero.

Mom smiling at me then she tapped beside her to say sit-down-look.

I mouth mom. Who is he? . Then she smile at me. Then I fell nervous

What happened?

Then Tito spoke to me.

" Kathleen, Meet your half-brother...

EUGENE FERRERO"

" Welcome, half-sister. Welcome to hell"
