ALLISON and Jennifer talked to each other quietly.The latter listened as the darker-haired girl explained what had happened in the house several years prior.
"Then they shot him."Allison whispered,mouthing the last two words.As if to react to this,the patio door slid open silently.
"What was that?!"Jennifer whimpered,watching in dread as the other young woman opened the patio door.
Snow fluttered inside,forcing the women to close the door.Mary walked downstairs,straight towards them.
"Guys,I saw someone outside carrying an axe outside!"she cried.
An axe flew threw the window,straight into Mary's skull.
She was dead.
