Ability: The Moon can keep the surrounding area in the dead of night, slowly decreasing the temperature to absolute zero. If anyone or anything enters its sight, The Moon will fire small meteorites at the target.
Weakness: The User is not safe from their own Stand making the area colder, so they'll have to keep something to maintain their body heat.
