"Yeah." she nodded smiling he turned around to exit the room before Becca called him again, "Louis." walking towards him, "Lou, call me Lou." he corrected turning back at her as she reached out her hand, "my blade." she reminded him with a smirk, "yeah right." Lou dug his hands in the pocket of his jeans before pulling the sharp metal out carefully placing it in her hand, "there you go."
"Be safe." he said disappearing into the hallway, "you too." she smiled even though he couldn't see her, she then placed the blade back in its place before heading to where Liam was, a shaky breath leaving her mouth, just as she entered the living room she spotted liam standing in front of the window, hands in pockets eyes trained on the city lights filling the night sky, "I was gonna tell you.".
"I was gonna tell you." she spoke her voice barley heard, but Liam stayed still trying to control his temper, she could notice his mucles flexing under his thin white cotton shirt.
"You okay?" he asked ignoring her earlier words, "yeah, kinda." she mumbled while Liam turned to face her.
"You can't run as fast can you?" he questioned, his height towering over her, she bit down on her lower lip shaking her head, as a result, Liam heaved a breath before he spoke.
"Tell me everything."
"But-"
"Becca please." Liam arugued worry taking over his solid features
↠Flashback↞
Rebbeca walked carefully down the side of the street, black hood hiding her features, dark jeans tucked inside her black combat boots from the bottom, she entered the market as the glass doors automatically slide open.
The cold air produced by the condition hitting her causing the hood to fall back from her head, she quickly retrieved it gaining a few stares from an old woman and two guys with black leather jackets standing by the counter as the cashier checked their stuff.
Her breath caught for a second when their stares seemed to never pull away from her body, Becca swiftly walked down the aisle as fast as she could, without attracting any attention, she had to get food since the whole kitchen was empty, she grabbed a random box of cereal as she headed to grab a bottle of milk.
Her journey continue while she walked down the ails, once she was done, Becca rolled her cart towards the cash register, silently placing her stuff for the cashier to check, the guy standing behind the counter effortlessly checked her passed the objects under the machine causing Becca to tap her foot against the ceramic white floor.
Her temper fading away, which only made her about to scream but instead, she tugged her nails inside the palms of her hands.
The weather was freezing cold outside, which was the reason the market was empty none but Becca and an old lady was present inside the small building, and the sound of nothing but a rolling cart caused fear to build inside her, way to quiet, she mumbled to herself.
Finally after three minutes, the cashier handed Becca two plastic bags and a change with the recite.
Becca strides out of the market, the crisp air once again embracing her, she walked down the pavement as the sun was about to set, she spotted the same two guys she saw earlier in the market leaning against a brick wall of a building.
