I run to the locker room. "Meredith!" I call out. "Hmm?" She responds. "Will you sit with me at lunch?" I ask her. This is all apart of my master plan. My master plan to get to Senpai. "Yeah, of course! Meet you on the roof?" She decides. I nod slowly and walk off.
In class, I sit at the window. Instead of focusing I look for Senpai outside, hence it's his free period. I see him standing at the cherry blossom tree in the back of the school. I watch as Meredith runs to meet up with him. No. No. Please.
The bell rings. My heart breaks as I see her on the roof. I wave to her sadly and she motions for me to sit next to her. I carefully sit, not trying to spill my lunch. "I'm sorry, I may not seem like the funnest right now." Meredith says, choking on her words as if she was about to cry. "What's wrong?" I ask politely. "Well, I confessed to Jack and he said he would think about it, but he wasn't very interested." She begins to shed tears at the mention of his name. "Well, you obviously don't need him if he doesn't see how amazing you are," I say in attempt to make her happy, "Hey! Why don't you come stay at my place tonight?" I smile big. "Yeah! I'd love that!" She returns my smile. We discuss plans and figure stuff out.
Later that night, Meredith showed up at my place.

"Hey, Kam! Looking good!" She compliments. "Thanks!" I smile from ear to ear.

Towards the end of the night, Meredith had fallen asleep on the couch. My blood boiled just looking at her. Tears brim my eyes at the thought of her with Jack. I stand up from the couch and walk towards the garage, searching. Searching for anything I could use to get revenge. My hands wrap around the wooden bat. My fingers run along the walls of the hallway. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. "Kam?" I hear Meredith's sleepy voice. I walk towards her, the bat behind my back. "Yes?" I ask her with a large, yet creepy smile. "What are you doing?" She looked at me in fear. I crawled towards her on the couch. I bring the bat up in the air. My breath hitched. Before she could scream, I bring the bat down, colliding it with her face.
