Life's stressors are near similar to everyone, what is different is how we as individuals handle them. We can hurt ourselves, we can hurt others, or we can find things that deal with them in good ways.

People say time heals everything, and that laughter is the best medicine. Well, from experience, time hasn't healed anything and laughter acts like a thin bandage. This is how it has been for me and I have no say on how it may be for you. So here's what I'm asking of you;

If you are feeling bad, if there is anything at all bothering you, id you can feel something gnawing away at your mind and your body, help yourself.

Help. Yourself.

Talk to people.
Do things that make you happy.
Be with people that make you happy.
Create something.
Pick up a hobby.

Nobody is going to hand you your own happiness.

Nobody will hand you self-confidence.

So get it yourself. Get it from deep within you, steal it back from whoever or whatever took it.

It is okay to remember, and it is okay to forget.

Do what is good for you.

Nobody can tell you what's good for you.
