Summary: Bucky woke up from flashbacks of Hydra and people he killed and the thoughts and words made him lose it.

Bucky's POV:
Bucky woke up from another Hydra nightmare. He has them constantly, Tony and Bruce have tried to help him but it never works. Apparently it just made Bucky even worse than he was.
The word "you're a monster, you should be dead" played in his mind over and over again as his bionic hand curled into a fist, his eyes screwing shut and his jaw clenched. His long hair fell in front of his face and stuck to him from all the sweat. His eyes bolted open as he shot up from his bed and walked towards the bathroom, punching the wall as he walked through the door frame of the bathroom.
He looked at his flesh hand, covered in blood and dripping down his arm and onto the floor. He yelled as his bionic hand punched the mirror and cracking it so he couldn't see him self. He ran to his bedside table and pulled out a knife in his drawer as he went back to the bathroom and looked into the broken glass just barely seeing himself. He brings the knife towards his stomach and brings it further up as his shaky breath gets louder and his hands shake harshly.
Your POV:
You sit down at the kitchen island and set down your coffee. You're busy talking to Nat, your eyes glow red as your vision turns to see Bucky holding a knife shaking and crying, his hands are shaking, his body is sweaty, his eyes are puffy and there's blood down his arm. You snap out your vision as you get back to reality. "Shit, Bucky" you say as you jump of your seat and rush to Bucky's room. Lucky for you, you can run very fast as you make it to his door.
His doors locked as you started banging on the door, "BUCKY OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR" you shout as you hammer your fist against the door. "Bucky don't you dare leave me...please" you say softly but loudly. You use your powers to unlock the door as you here the knife drop and a thud of Bucky's body. You run to the bathroom and see Bucky on the floor sobbing.

You run to the side of him and kneel down next to him pulling him into a tight hug. "Bucky what the hell do you think you're doing" you sob into his shoulder. "I'm sorry I-I just wanted all these bad memories to go and the only way I could stop them is to...kill myself" he says as he turns his body and pulls you onto his lap for a tigher hug as you feel his tears run down your shoulder.
"Bucky please never do that again" you say as you pull away from the hug and lift his head up by his chin. You cup the side of his face, as he leans into your hand giving you a small sad smile. You brush the hair that's in his face out of the way and you look at his red puffy eyes. He notices his bloody hand on your back and takes it away. "Sorry.. I got some blood on you" he says giving out a small chuckle. "It's fine I hate this shirt anyway ruin it all you want" you say wiping away your tears then his aswell.
"Bucky I love you ok I can't lose you...ever, please" you say leaning your forehead on his. "You love me?" He looks into your eyes giving you a happier smile this time. "Of course I do Buck" you say as he cups your cheek with his bloody hand which is now dry. "I love you to doll" he smiles and leans in kissing you softly. Your heart beats faster as you melt into the kiss leaning in more. Your hand softly grabs the back of his neck as his bionic hand is on your hip making your wince at the coldness. You both pull away.
"Why would you love someone like me doll" he questions looking a little sad again. "Because your super nice and you treat me well and your a very handsome guy" you say giggling at the last part. "Please never do that again buck" you say. "Why? Is still wanna die" "But I need you, I cant lose you Bucky you're the main one who keeps me happy, your the one who keeps my head up" your words make him smile a real smile. He tried to stop the smile but your e/c eyes made him smile even more and your smile made him feel warm. "Fine I'll stay Doll, I promise I won't do that again" "Promise"? "I promise" he says pecking your lips.
You both stand up as you give him a big hug again. He buries his head into your neck as you feel his warm breath tickling your neck and shoulder making you let out a giggle. You look at the mirror and pull away, "we may need that fixed" you say smiling. "And the wall too" he says looking at the wall. You both laugh and then you stop and kiss him again. "Will you be mine Y/N" he says "Of course Bucky"
You both get into Bucky's bed an cuddle all day only leaving the bed for snacks and dinner. You cuddle and watch Netflix and eventually you both fall asleep
