[1] Next time I won't let the trainees choose the ranks or else this is what happens: only a few people do the while work and the others still get high ranks. And seriously, if I let the trainees choose their ranks... Everyone is A, B and C. This is kinda unfair, I think.
[3] The voting, agency mission and the activity check will be over in 2 days. (17 January after midnight Central European Time - Milan)
