Hawkins, 1985 17th July. (Halsey's birthday)
Halsey is awoken by a banging on the door. It is her father hopper.
"Oi sleepy head get up rise and shine". She hears him shift away from the door as she walks towards her wardrobe.
She grabs her blue and black splatted paint top with her blue jeans and braces her white socks and her white pumps. She does her hair half up half down with a yellow// mustard scrunchie.
As she opens her door she is taken by surprise when she hears people shouting "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HALSEY".
She covered her ears and started laughing when she looked up too see.
Mike, will, Dustin, Lucas, max and hopper stood there with party hats on.
She runs over to mike and gives him a big hug.
Hopper clears his throat awkwardly.
"Humm lets get you your gift".
"My gift?" Said Halsey looking confused.
"Yes you get gifts on birthdays".
She could then see hopper had placed it too high he couldn't reach it.
She held out her hand and focused on the present.
Hopper watched in amazement as it fluttered in the air and dropped into his hands.
Halsey wiped the blood from her nose and began looking at this wrapped up gift.
"Open it Halsey" said Mike smiling putting a hand on her shoulder.
Halsey opened it slowly and saw a white box.
"Ooo a white box how beautiful" said Halsey looking at hopper.
"No open the box you numptie" said hopper smacking his head laughing.
Halsey suddenly began to feel hot and sweaty her head started banging and terrible pains shot across but she ignored it.
She opened the box and there was a beautiful dress inside. It was red and sparkly.
She looked up at hopper smiling.
"What's this for?" Said Halsey.
"It's for the ball dance" said hopper.
"Really? I can go?" Said Halsey.
"Of course" he said.
She ran up to him and gave him a massive hug.
Halsey then grabbed her stomach.
"Ow" she shouted.
"Woah you okay kid?" Said hopper walking towards her.
"Halsey your face it's pale your sweating are you alright?" Said max.
"I..I'm f..f" Halsey felt her consciousness fade and she fell to the floor.
"HALSEY" they all screamed.
She looked at mike who ran to her and was sat infront of her shaking her as for hopper she looked at them and she then fell into complete darkness..,
