CHAPTER NINE

ADVENTURE OF JESSICA...

"Really? you still say that?"
"We have been programmed to do that already" we both laughed and just when it crossed my mind to make the conversation dirty, Uncle boyfriend's call came in.

Like my vibrator the phone vibrated in my body, seeing his name on the screen got me slightly pissed but the last thing I will do was to avoid his call even though i have no iota of feeling for him.

"Hello o"

"Hey wassup!" he responded nervously and I loved that, the fact that i make him nervous.

"Are you home?" I was expecting that as the next question because he has been on my neck to come over, and it is not like he will come overe to do anything, just to waste my time talking and encouraging abstinence.  Yes it is good to abstain but some of us are already too deep into the act right from early teenage age to start practicing abstinence now. And as usual.

"No I am not, I am on an errand for dad" I did not lie before you will crucify me, was I not supervising for daddy?

"Oh okay then, I heard you guys have been mobilized for NYSC, how true is that" even though not totally convinved by my response of not being at home, he went further to initiate conversation, one thing he was very good at.

"Really? I have not been online sine morning, maybe I will check now, thank you, bye." I ended the call and quickly put on my data and truthfully, we have been mobilized, more than ever before, I became proud of my school. Like, that has not happened since Jesus left. I did not care about Uncle boyfriend's feelings with the way I ended the call, he was already used to it, and a very large part of me was strongly convinced he will stop by to check on me, very stubborn.

Registration was due in three days after mobilization having done every necessary clearance in school before coming home, I was filled with joy and ran back to the room where Festus was still earnestly working but on the last part of the assigned works in the room. I broke the news of my mobilization to him and unconsciously like we have known each other since ages, I jumped on him with the whole of me bouncing on him. While we were staggering for stability, we both ended up on my parents matrimonial bed.
