Writer's thoughts: I wouldn't want a nosy neighbor to intrude on my personal businesses lol. That'd be way too irritating and creepy. I'd go for the noisy neighbor, only I'm an introvert and I do not like any unnecessary noise. Eh, anyways... your thoughts on this?
