"M'lady, it was asked for us to dress you in this dress." Two young maid stood beside a young maiden Zaia elisa Ricardo, she wore a slight frown on her feature as she looked at the dress the two maids hold up. It was a dress you would find a princess wearing, the fabric is made out of rare silk, frills accompanied the buttom layer of the dress, the dress has puffy sleeves with white lining. The dress is quite exquisite although theres one thing throwing the maiden off, its color is pink.

It was nothing like her, it looks exactly something her sister would wear. She sighs. She's already in enough trouble with her parents and gave in.

Zaia held in her breath as the maid pulled the strings tightening the corset around her torso.
After the maids slip the dress on her, did her hair that is now in a simple side braid . She looked like a young lady although she rarely acts like one, pink and frills were never her thing, and dolls werent something she used to play with. She grew up playing with swords, and preferred knife throwing than collecting dolls and having tea parties with stuffed animals, and most of all, she finds the darkness much calming than the light.

As she goes down the stairs her parents along with her younger sister,Zanthe Rose Ricardo who stood there in pastel, her dress was like a pastry with all the frills and draping fabric. She was the complete opposite of zaia.

"You look wonderful Zaia." Her mother beckoned
"See how beautiful you are looking so lady-like, pink really does suit you dear."

"Thank you mother." Forcing a small smile, it's only for the night.

They stepped in the carriage and proceed to travel to the phantomhive manor.
The earl is hosting a party and since her family is have very close business ties with the phantomhives, they were invited. The whole trip was silent other than zanthe who goes on and on about the young earl.

Shortly, they finally arrived at the destination. The manor was a huge, even bigger than their own. They stepped in and was welcomed by classical music and sophisticated decor.

"Earl Richard and countress Beatrice, im glad to see you came." Ciel phantomhive walked over to us proud along with his butler sebastian.

"Oh, its always an honor to be invited we couldnt pass up the opportunity." The earl exclaimed.

"Ah, such aesthetically pleasing see all these decorations placed so perfectly." Beatrice stated admiring the view. "Fantastic work sebastian"

"Thank you countress beatrice, could i offer you some refreshers? Champagne or perhaps wine?" Sebastian then out of nowhere has a tray balancing on his hand, with champagne and wine.

After greeting Ciel, zaia managed to get away from there, she slipped out to the garden. The classical sound of the violin and piano toning down.
Out in the garden it was quiet, and the moonlight was beautiful, its rather peaceful. Surrounded by flowers and the night sky.

Zaia heard soft rustling behind her, thinking it might just be a bird or her imagination she shrugged it off, it suddenly turned cold, making zaia shiver.
Something is out there, it cant be an animal.

She backed up terrified
'Surely its not a murderer. Right?" She thought shaking her head. She hit something behind her, its a person.

"Why are you out here?" A deep voice question, zaia jumped and turned to meet the eyes of a man. He pushed his black glasses up, with his green eyes steady on zaia.
He wore a suit and his hair was pushed back.

"Shouldn't you be inside like the other guests?" He interrogated.

"I guess you can say i dont favor extravagant parties like this. I went out here because its very relaxing, dont you think?" Zaia told him. He just stared at her brown eyes, his expression was unreadable to her.

"Its dangerous for a lady to be out at night alone." He warned her, then he found himself wondering as to why he would care? He would reap her soul if that so happens.

Zaia chuckled and gave him an eye smile "Im not like any lady. I think i can handle myself." There was a moment of brief silence.

"Dont you find the night sky quite comforting. I find the moon is a better accompany than humans were force to interact with everyday, telling us what to do, how we're suppose to act." She melancholy said, she turned to the man and blushed.

"I apologize i talk quite a bit and speak of so many things."

"Thats alright, i agree, i think the night is comforting, humans are rather.... Destructive." He smirked, he finds her interesting. Its rare for someone like him to think of someone in that way, Shes very interesting and intriguing.

"I should go back in." She turned around to take her leave but stopped at the door and turned back to the man.

"I never got your name."

He pushed his black rimmed glasses up "william, wiliam spears."
