Yoongi made sure to get up early, he just wanted it to be the two. He knew Jungkook went for his morning runs at the crack of dawn, he was losing precious sleep over this. But anything to preserves his dongsaeng's innocences.

Yoongi got up as he brushed his teeth, he had on a black oversized shirt with red gym shorts. He walked to Jungkook's room, noticing the younger was already gone. He would leave for an hour at least. He found himself in the kitchen, he searched the fridge to see if there were leftovers from last night. There was food in the fridge but Jin always did the cooking, plus Yoongi was too lazy. So he opted for a glass of orange juice, heading to the couch turning on the tv. He watched some variety show, some time passed and the sun slowly started to peak over the horizon. Yoongi heard the front door open, he looked see it was Jungkook.

The younger was sweating. His skin was glistening, he had an puma suit on, and puma sneakers on. He paused in the hall when he saw Yoongi of all people up this early.

"Hyung, why are you up so early?" He said walking to the kitchen to get a bottle of water. "I wanted to talk." Yoongi followed him shortly after. Jungkook had his palms on the counter island. "About what?" The way he said that was a bit too innocent, Jungkook understood why he wanted to talk. But he played dumb. Yoongi sat at the counter island across from Jungkook.

"Look Jungkook, I don't know what's going on between you and Jimin. And frankly I don't want to know, but he's sensitive. Don't use him." Yoongi was blunt. Jungkook looked at him, tilting his head. "What do you mean. 'You don't care? You mean if I wanted to fuck him, you wouldn't care?"

There was something else their too. Like anger. Why was he angry? Yoongi was confused.

"I just don't want him to get hurt." Yoongi got up as he was about I walk out of the kitchen. "Him?" He chuckled. "So this is about Jimin? You only care about how this will affect him, and him only?" Yoongi turned around.

Jungkook was right in front of him, within a matter of seconds he had Yoongi pinned to the wall. Yoongi's eyes widen, he wasn't use to being in his position.

"What the fuc-" he was about to protest. "What about me hyung?" He whispered in his ear, in a deep tone. That voice was like a burst through his veins, rather he wanted to admit it or not. "Do I not matter? Why must Jimin be the only to get all of your attention. See, I know he was going to whine to you about this. You're his knight and shining armor. But this fairy-tale has a twist. The knight is the true prize while the damsel is the bait."

He whispers that part against Yoongi's neck. Yoongi squirmed in Jungkook's grasp. He was moving into dangerously territory with Yoongi. "Jungkook get the fuck off me!" He said in a rough voice. Jungkook obliged, giving his hyung that innocent bunny smile as he pulled away.

"Trust me, the day will come when those words won't be uttered." He winked as he took his water bottle going upstairs to shower. Yoongi exhaled a breath he didn't realize he held. Jungkook was hot, and Yoongi's body felt overheated. Yoongi had never ever been that close to a man, he'd had some affection with his members. But it was only in a friendly level, but Yoongi was having this warm feeling coursing through his body, Jungkook had awaken that feeling.

He couldn't have the hots for the maknae, that was embarrassing! At this point he knew he was going to get picked. He had to stop this before the younger's birthday.

"Are you sure this is a good Idea, Namjoon?" Yoongi was in the leader's studio. Namjoon chuckled

"Now you sound like Jin? What is everyone so scared for? This is Kookie, yes it's a weird request."

Yoongi had his fingers to his mouth in thought. "But I'm not gay!" He blurted, there was a silence. "I know hyung, and neither am I. But Kookie is our maknae. I'll just tell him to not pick you." He was getting up to actually do that. But he recalled what the younger said about the knight being the prize.
