from the moment i have started liking you,
not a day has been ordinary.

the next day hyunjin woke up around 9 am with something stuck on his mouth. his hands went up to his mouth and he peeled off the tape with a confused face and looked around to realize he was luckily in his dorm. he instantly remembered his dream. the taller boy had dreamed of a confession.

a confession to seungmin.

he dreamily sat up and yawned but then widened his eyes when he realized that he probably sleep talked about his dream. although it seemed normal, that wasn't the terrifying part, the terrifying part was that seungmin might have heard all about hyunjin's dream which scared the boy because that simple dream could ruin 18 years of friendship, it could reveal all the feelings that hyunjin had for seungmin. he ran out of bed, got ready and grabbed his phone and dialed felix's number hurriedly.

hyunjin. | felix.

"hello?"

"...hi"

"oh hey hoe, what's up?"

"umm are you and ji free right now?"

"yeah we just woke up but why-"

"okay, let's meet at our regular cafe in 5!"

"wait wha-"

"so why did you call us here?" jisung asked, inhaling the scent of coffee beans.

"well something happened..." hyunjin shook his head and murmured. the squirrel and meme boy instantly took notice of hyunjins nervous mood and glanced at eachother because they knew something was up.

"well you can tell us anything," felix comforted.

"okay well here goes nothing... basical-"

"HOLD UP- i ordered coffee, let me get it from the counter" jisung interrupted, getting up from his chair.

"he just wants to see minho, doesn't he?" felix softly whispers to hyunjin as they watched jisung walk over to the coffee counter to greet and tiptoed to give minho a soft peck on the cheek before grabbing the tray of freshly brewed coffee.

"definitely, he looks really happy. minho has really helped him a lot." hyunjin admitted and whispered back.

"here you go!" jisung said as he walked over to their table and set down the three boys' drinks which they happily took.

"okay continue," felix said, blowing his cappuccino.

"well i had a dream about me and seungmin," hyunjin said to which jisung and felix quickly exchanged glances. "in the dream, i confessed to seungmin and told him i loved him and that i'd marry him. oh and i also woke up to a piece of tape on my mouth which I'm sure seungmin put."

"oh...i- i don't see the problem though..." felix said as he bit his lip and tried to act oblivious like he didn't know a thing.

"the problem is that when i went to sleep seungmin was in the dorm and he told me he'd stay up and i'm afraid he might've heard me because i sleep talk a lot."

"oh well you can solve it if you just confess to him-" jisung started.

"i know but still! what if he rejects me!" hyunjin whined.

"he won't, besides how do you know how he feels about you? he could be in love with you for all we know." felix argued. jisung nodded his head in agreement as hyunjin thought about it.

"hmm, okay." hyunjin said confidently after a while of thinking.

"...okay?" jisung shifted in his seat and looked at hyunjin with confusion.

"i'm gonna confess to him today!" hyunjin exclaimed causing felix to choke on his drink and jisung to widen his eyes. jisung was quickly distracted by Felix's coughing and he tried to calm the boy down.

"are you okay!? felix!" hyunjin quickly ran over to felix's seat and patted his back.

"what- what do you mean by confess?!" felix asked, trying not to cough.

"well...i will just straight up confess to him, i love him too much to keep it in anymore!"

"what if he rejects you though?" jisung asked, earning a glare from felix and a sad pout by hyunjin.

"if he does then i'll be sad ):" hyunjin said, frowning like a sad puppy.

"we- well he won't do that, i'm sure of it! do you know how you'll be confessing?" felix exclaimed in order to cheer hyunjin up.

"no, but i want it be simple." hyunjin quickly said and proceeded to happily drink his coffee.

"how much do you love seungmin?" felix asked as his mom instincts kicked in, he wanted to know if hyunjin was the correct person for seungmin.

"i love him to the moon and back. ew okay that was sappy lol but i love him alot, seeing him brightens up my day and i feel so much happier. also his laugh is so addictive! when i listen to it i feel like I'm high! he's like a drug! i just can't get enough of him. sometimes he does this cute thing where he just randomly stares at me and when i look at him he just cutely smiles at me and blinks and it's so cute, everytime he does it i internally die, i just want to grab him and cuddle with him all day and tell him how cute he is!" hyunjin rambled on and on. jisung sighed and felix regretted asking hyunjin about seungmin because the boy just wouldn't shut up.
