A trip to the store

The next morning approached and Kara is out on the alumni eating breakfast and Hannah grabs herself a cup of coffee and joins her mom for a lovely breakfast!

" Wow mom, you've outdone yourself " Scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, crepes and fruit! Smells absolutely delicious.. As she sits down Kara looked to see Hannah with a journal under her arm and a pen in her hand " Hannah " What's with all the journal's ? Well Mom this one is a blessing journal. Hannah answered! What's a blessing journal ? Kara asked!

Well mom each day you write what you are thankful for and write down how it's blessed you!! It's simple and easy to get the day started and you take it with you wherever you go and write down other things that has blessed you the rest of the day.

Sounds very relaxing and interesting Hannah! Now eat before the food gets cold..

Mom these eggs taste different what's in it ? It's a very interesting flavor, wait a minute is that cheese ? Kara raised her glass of orange juice up to her mouth and looks at Hannah! It's Mexican cheese gives it just the right taste. It sure does momma and Hannah about shoves it all her mouth and Kara watched Hannah and smiles and takes a sip of orange juice!

" Someone's sure hungry " Kara enjoying watching Hannah scarf down eggs and makes her a glass of orange juice to drink along with it! Hey Mom you know what else would taste good in eggs ? Spinach! Uhh, Kara about spits some juice out of her mouth and asked! why spinach ? Mom I love spinach pizza so I'd know for sure it'd taste real good in eggs with a little dash of mozzarella cheese! Hey it does sound good; Kara was amazed!

So while Hannah eats her breakfast Kara humbly suggested Hannah to let her read her blessing journal! SURE you can Mom is this something you might be Interested in ? I can help you! No sweetie this will help me, but you are just way too kind, but you eat the rest of your breakfast then we can wash the dishes then if you want we can go for a morning swim, I've been meaning to go swimming, but hey we have a pool here how about we go shopping and buy supplies to clean the pool and when we get back we can clean it and fix it up and this evening we can finally swim in it!

Oh Mom I would love that! Hannah is full of excitement. Just let me wash dishes while you get ready and clean this up and then I can get ready and we can head out and go shopping for everything! Hold on Hannah, Kara pauses Hannah! You are not doing this all by yourself! I'll help you and we can get done quicker! Kara demanded Hannah! Mom it's no problem plus I can help you now you skid-daddle!! Hannah ? MOM! They were close to arguing and The way Hannah looked at Kara! Oh Hannah when you make that face a mother can't say No!

Well mom you do so much for me and when I wanna do something you think I'm helpless and you know how much it would be a blessing to honor you for everything else you done for me! It's my job to be a kid but first I'm a grown woman. The more I do things to keep you from doing something and end up hurting yourself then I'm doing something right and not screwing up like I did when I was a teenager. Those day's are gone!  So be thankful..

Oh Hannah! Kara walks over to Hannah and rubs tears from her eyes and gives Hannah a Hug and cry's on here shoulder til her eyelids and nose turns red. Just look at how much you have grown into a lovely young woman. Ok mom, I believe I feel a waterfall gushing down my back! Now go get ready and I'll clean up here and wash the dishes and get ready!

Thanks baby! Kara realizes how blessed she is with such an amazing daughter and turns around and watches Hannah clean up and gather the dishes! " GOSH, Just look at my grownup baby " I'm very thankful! She goes upstairs and before she starts getting to get ready she remembered she had bought some journals she had bought and placed them in a box in the closet and looks for a pen and writes down the first entry for her blessing journal!
