The nice, winter breeze hit my soft skin as I sat there, waiting for my bus. I listened to bops coming from my playlists until I heard, "hey kid, yu coming on the bus or wha?" It was Robbie, the bus driver. "Oh! Y-yeah coming!" I exclaim not knowing that the bus was there. I pulled my hoodie over my head, plugging my earbuds back in and listened to some softies music.
I felt a sudden gentle tap on my shoulder. Kairi. "heyyy, I'm Kairi but there's kinda no more seats on the bus and I was wondering if I could sit here?" I smile and nod, once he sat down I continued looking through the window as he continued screwing around with his friends. "Hey cutie" I hear coming from behind me. I turn around and notice jay, my ex. "fuck off" I say putting my earbuds back in.
We had finally made it to school and I immediately tried heading to my locker. "hey lyssa! how you been?" I hear coming from Alejandro. Alejandro Rosario was your typical 'romantic, good looking, pulls all the girls, soccer boy'. He had been friends with MANY people, and by many, I mean pretty much all of my highschool. "Oh shit hey ale!" I reply giving him a gentle yet tight hug. I smile as he looks at me, looking me up and down. "Sheesh you just got even more cuter." He mumbles. I giggle and softly shake my head no. He nods, "yo ale! She yo girlfriend now?" Kairi yells jogging over to us. "shiiiii-" kai says looking me up and down before getting cut off by ale. "Well, I'll see ya next period Alyssa." He drags Kairi off with him and I was once again alone.
Let me give you some information
about me. I'm that one loner who gets called a 'hoe' or 'slut' due to the multiple guys trying to hook up with me. Did I care? No of course not. Alejandro was pretty much my only friend and I never complained. I usually fall for boys when they give me the TINIEST bit of affection due to my dad leaving me at age 8. It was hard but life goes on. I've never had a real boyfriend but I was ready to date, but at the same time didn't mind being single. I was 15 but yet still a junior hehe. I live with my abusive mom and my brother who basically takes care of me. I'm only close to ale and my brother, and as if you can't tell, I'm pretty much in love with Kairi so.
School had finished for the day
and ale invited me to go with him and the boys to subway with them. Obviously I agreed because I really didn't want to go back to my mom. Ale knew about my mom and usually I would spend the nights at his house. His mom let me but she never understood why I came over so much. As I walked to subway I notice somebody running towards me. Kairi again. This boy had been crazy for me. Well not for me, my looks. "hey Alyssa, saw you walking alone and I don't think someone as fine as you should be walking alone." I give a quick smile and continue walking. Kairi has no idea how much it hurt to know he only wanted me for my body/looks, I mean shit I've been in love with him for at least 4 years already. He doesn't know that I've been rejecting all these foos just for him.
After walking in complete silence we both had made it subway, "yooooo is that the homegirl?shiiii didn't expect you to come" mattia says jokingly. I roll my eyes and head over to ale. "Hey beautiful, I ordered yurr favoriteee" He then hands me a sub sandwich and I grinned hugging him. "thanks ale." I say continuing to hug him. "no problem Alyssa, you're my best friend for goodness sake." I smile and sit next to kairis fatass. "My god you really are fat" I say to kairi. He glares at me but then gives me a cute smile. I giggle and eat my sub sandwich. "yo me and the boys were wondering if you wanted to come with us to Dave n Busters?" Robert says looking at me. "I mean hell why not" they all cheer and I couldn't help but let out a little giggle. Ale wraps his arm around my shoulder and laughs along with us. I couldn't tell if I had caught feelings for ale but I still had a major crush on Kairi.
We all arrived at Dave n busters and the boys immediately ran in different directions to play some of their favorite games. "Come on!" Kairi says tanking my arm in a direction to some dancing game. "you know you have to use your feet right?" I ask giggling. He chuckles and nods paying for the game. We danced until all the boys decided to go home, so I had ale drop me off. "Bye gorgeous, I'll see ya tomorrow." I wave and he pecks my forehead. I smile and blush like crazy and quickly run to my room and lock the door. I smile laying down on my bed and took a nap which took its way into sleep.
