Weighing Shadows

I sat in front of him, arms hugging my legs as I look at the stone slab. My pokerface, as I feel the cold breeze against my face.
"I met a boy a few days ago Ty." I said softly, slightly embarrassed for talking to an inanimate object "He seems nice, maybe I should be friends with him after all."
The cemetery soothed me, no one to judge or anything yet you feel their presence still there.

A moment's silence was caught up with a shadow behind me, almost as silent as the dead around itself.
"What are you doing here?" I said, tucking my head lower, my ice blue eyes shining brighter under the shadow. "This place is for those who mourn."
The shadow gave a mere chuckle before it wisped into thin air and reappeared in front of me. The dark shadow started to take form and gained color as if it were to emerge from the shadows.
"I don't think someone like you can do that." The creature that emerged from the shadows chuckled once more. It was a rather petite girl with porcelain pale skin, long pitch black hair that seem to end as a never ending smoke. "Mourning is not like you my little fox," She sneered as she and I were face to face, her finger holding onto my chin. "You are sly remember? Satisfy my thirst from your selfish acts."
Celeste was her name, an embodiment that belonged to a best friend of mine, a shadow witch named Reckless. Though Reckless never realised it, I had been with Celeste, stuck under her bittersweet embrace. Feeding her with my malicious views, shameful to admit. I'm not a nice person per say, I'm a false sayer, twisting things into my view."
"They'll never find out, Aris, embodiment of chaos." She giggled as she hugged me, "Throw your anger onto me and let out all that grief. You know you want to."
"It'll be too obvious Celeste." I muttered, attempting to push her away which resulted to wisping into smoke once more. Celeste wisp behind me, backs facing one another, "Ah, you really treasure that witch don't you hahaha," She grins, her hollow gray eyes staring into the sky, "Ah what enjoyment I'd get on the day I get to see that witch's face when she realises what you've been doing with me. She's already working extra hard in ways to fix me as it is."
I wince from the shadow's words, tugging myself tighter. She was not wrong. Everyone had been picking themselves up except me, I just kept going deeper into this shithole.
"But," Celeste chirped, "At least you're smart in the way you do things. I like that. It'd be a shame if all this gets over in a boring end. To think a lowly vampire could think what's going on in that witch's mind like an open book when in reality it's just a scrambling mess you somehow deciphered."
"Shut up. I'm aware of how Reckless is, but what she does with her life is none of my business when it comes to things she wants."
Celeste placed her hands onto my cheeks as she gave a pitiful grin, "You are thinking too much my adorable girl. I'm all you need, the one fueling your power. The one able to keep you alive even with your pathetic mental health. So keep me feeling alive, I'm starving. That boy you met at the party days ago? Forget him, he's trouble. He's going to tarnish everything. Come Aris Weiss, your name was similar to the goddess of chaos for a reason. Live up to it!"
As her every word prolonged, I could feel the darkness around her engulfing me. My eyes growing hazy, slowly all I could see was Celeste's creepy black cheshire smile that reached from ear to ear. I could feel my conscience slowly fading away, never before has Celeste tried to convince me so hard. She was concerned over something.
I tried to fight but to no avail, I slowly closed my eyes, ready to succumb to the evil till a loud sound of a phone ring broke my dizzy spell.
My eyes opened widely as I saw the phone on the floor with an unknown number.
It was a text message:
"Hey Fox :)
It's been a few days n i got tired
of waiting for you to reply me :/
let's meet up!
