well... you text two numbers that are off of your number by 1. So for example, let's say your number ends with 7, you text the same number but end it with 6 and then text the same number again but end it with 8!

dude i know what rules. i meant why are people doing it? texting an absolute stranger is so stupid! what if that are a serial killer, a stalker? THEY COULD BE A CHILD, YOU COULD CATCH A CASE. THEY COUKD BE A GROWN ASS MAN, THEY COULD CATCH A CASE! It could be fucking Joe Goldberg from You on the other end of that text.
