Marvin anxiously watched the small building attached to the castle slowly fill with people. He didn't get to practice enough and he was sure he was going to freeze something up. The fact that his brother was nowhere to be seen was not helping to keep his emotions stable, he was growing concerned about Chase too. Did something happen? Was he in danger? Did he get lost? Maybe a stranger came into the palace and threatened him? Hurt him?

At least one of his reasons to worry disappeared when he saw his brother push his way through the crowd. Behind him, there was a mysterious woman in a beautiful dress, following him to the front. She suddenly saw something, exchanged a couple of words with Chase and left to sit in the second row. The younger prince kept pushing through until he finally made it to the front and then to the corner Marvin was watching from.

"I was getting worried you wouldn't show up," the King-to-be tried to joke, successfully making Chase chuckle.

"Oh excuse me, next time I almost drown I won't go change and just come here soaking," he answered and, just like Stacy, Marvin wasn't amused by the idea.

"What? Y-you can't swim!" he hissed in shock and Chase just shrugged.

"I had to learn eventually," he answered. "Besides, I'm still alive and I got to meet someone new!" he announced with a smile. His brother tried to relax, knowing that the ceremony would start soon.

"Really? Who? The lady you came with?" he asked, trying to get his mind off of the idea of his brother drowning.

"Yep! Her name's Stacy and she's-" Chase tried to say but another bell ring cut him off. "Oh boy, it's starting, huh?" he mumbled. Marvin felt a wave of panic rush over him.

"Y-yeah..." he nodded and tried to back up, he had to walk in through the main door within seconds. Chase smiled at him.

"You'll do amazing, bro," he assured and the words brought his brother at least some comfort.

The next time the bell rang, it meant that the ceremony was beginning. All the muffled talks between the attendants went quiet and Chase nervously stood in his place, close to where Marvin would stand soon. He door opened and the King-to-be walked in gracefully. His hood was already off his head and his long, green hair was tied in a bun. He put on the best smile he could and confidently walked forward.

Some people were shocked by Marvin's hair color, but nobody said a thing. Of course, he still could tell others were staring and he would probably freak out over that if not the fact that Chase's hair was green too. Or a part of it, at least. He didn't feel alone thanks to it, so he ignored the stares and finally got to the front, standing near his brother and in front of a priest. The choir started to sing, making the atmosphere a bit more ceremonious.

The priest reached for a golden tiara behind him and slowly turned, about to put it on Marvin's head. Chase glanced over to Stacy only to find her looking at him. She waved to him shyly and he returned the gesture as carefully as he could, not wanting to distract the others. Only when his brother bent over he looked back, getting to see the tiara being placed on his brother's head. Marvin stepped back and watched as the priest picked up a pillow with the golden apple and the staff. He took a deep breath and reached for them when the priest cleared his throat, getting his attention.

"Your majesty... the gloves," he reminded, whispering. Marvin took a deep breath and hesitantly took them off.

He put them on the pillow and with shaky hands, he reached for the two golden items. He hesitantly picked them up and turned around to face everyone else in the building. They were all watching, if he did something wrong, they would all know... The priest started to say something in a foreign language, everyone got up and Marvin could hear his own heart pounding loud and clear. He realized that red strings were slowly appearing on his wrists and frost was starting to cover the gold under his fingers.

"...King Marvin of Arendelle!" the priest finished and as soon as he did, Marvin turned around and put the golden items back, grabbing his gloves, putting them back on and pulling his sleeves down to fully cover his wrists.

"King Marvin of Arendelle!" the crowd cheered and Marvin turned around again to face them. He smiled faintly. He did it, he survived and nobody knew of his powers. People started to leave soon and Marvin stayed behind with Chase.

"You did amazing!" the prince said as soon as he felt it was okay to speak. Marvin smiled at him.

"Thank you," he chuckled. He felt relieved that no one noticed what was happening to the golden items when he was holding them, he had no idea how would he explain it.

"Love what you did with the hair," Chase laughed quietly and Marvin tried to look up at it. Only then he remembered the bun.

"A king has to be fashionable, you know?" he explained jokingly. Chase smiled.

"So, now what?" he asked, unsure of how everything was planned.

"Now we should probably head to the ballroom," Marvin sighed and his brother beamed up.

"Oh! Right! Hell yeah! Let's get to it!" he grinned and Marvin watched his enthusiasm with a surprised expression.

"Alright," he nodded eventually and slowly started to walk out, followed by Chase. The coronation didn't go as bad as he thought it would.

[A/N]: I'm not sure if we consider the priest from the FAItH game an ego, but if so, it's definitively him coronating Marvin! Also, sorry that this chapter's so short-
