Living with the Carters

Chapter 9

Lunch came about and Ethan wouldn't leave me alone, rumors spread around the school like fire, because every girl would die to be in my position right now, living with 8 drop dead gorgeous guys, (Evan is included, tho hes too young) Tho no one knew I was living with them, they just knew me as Ethans ''New Girlfriend'' 

I sat at my table with Casey and we talked about what was happening, I got stares from everywhere, Casey looked at the front and rolled her eyes, ''here comes your head over heels boyfriend'' she said, i huffed, ''he isnt even my boyfriend. We just made out on my bed, dont know where he got that Idea from'' i said before he reached our table, He sat beside me and kissed me, I rolled my eyes.

''Listen Ethan, I think we need to talk in private about whats going on,'' I said smiling, I nodded and we made our way out of the Cafeteria into the dark halls, ''So whats up'' He said, I sighed.

''We arent dating Ethan, I've only known you a few days, plus im still new to the school and theres rumours already starting. I havent figured out my feelings for you yet.'' I let out a breathe and he looked shocked, ''I'm sorry.'' i whispered, he wrapped me in a hug and I hugged back, ''Well I guess im going to go back in, come back when you want'' He nodded and I went in, everyones eyes on me, I shift under there daring stares,  rolled my eyes and sat at my table and continoued my food, Ethan slowly came in and people whispered, he had a depressed face on him and I felt terrible. 

Peoples gaze shifted from me and Ethan and then they stopped, I stood up and all eyes were on me, ''Um, Everyone,'' i started, Ethan grabbed my wrist ''what are you doing?'' he whispered, I rolled my eyes at him, ''doing what ever it makes to get the rumours to stop'' i whispered back.

''You see, Me and Ethan arent dating, we arent a couple, we arent anything, He's my friend, and it's going tostay that way'' I said, Everyone went back to eating till the bell rang.

I rushed out of the class as the last bell went, I walked to my locker and put some books in that I didn't need, i seen Casey walking towards me, she was with Ethan and they were both quiet.

''Hey'' I said softly, Casey nodded and went on here way, I walked out of the school with Ethan. 

''Please don't hate me Ethan'' I said, I looked at my feet, He sighed and shoved his ahnds in his pockets, '' I.. i think I love you Brook'' I was stunned, stunned to hear these words from.. Ethan Carter, Not just any ''Ethan Carter'', but the One and only, Football state chapion player, Ethan Carter.

''Give me a chance Brooklyn'' he awkwardly said, I sighed, ''Fine, but screw it, and we are done. I mean it'' I walked towards my car and drove home.

That boy better not let me down, or i will never ever trust his ass again.

I got out of my car and walked into the house, silence... 

''Your guessing where everyones gone'' A voice said behind me, I jumped and I seen Mason behind me, he was wearing his signature smirk, he was eating a bowl of ice cream. 

''Mom and Dad are gone to a dinner, they took Evan with them, Tylers at his girlfriends, Troye and Landon are gone Horse riding, Noah is ... well I dont know where he is, probably sleeping, Ethan is on his way home, And im just here, eating food.'' he said, I nodded slowly and plonked down beside him,  I took his spoon and took some Ice scream, I put it in my mouth making moans and Mason just made a ''Ew'' face, I laughed at my moans, '' Yummm'' i said licking the spoon, ''Your a disturbed child'' he said pushing me, I laughed. ''I know'' i said, I laughed and walked awat to my room.
