Rosie Over Yonder (Discontinued)

Alone

A/N:Heres a picture of Lola as promised. I wanted her to have hair similar to a real lilac.

Rosie for the first time, was out of her planet.

She couldn't believe it.

As much as she wanted to look at the wonder of stars she resisted, searching for the nearest planet she could find. Rosie finally spotted a planet and she walked towards it in her orbble bubble.

As soon as she was on the planet her bubble popped, Rosie decided to look around this planet. The planet was mostly filled with trees and plants, Rosie was walking around for a few minutes looking for help until she realised there was no one here.

She was alone...

Rosie decided to stop walking opting to sit down under a tree for shade. It was still morning and the sun was still shining brightly. Rosie sighed "I hope mom comes" she said to herself. "She'll be here soon , she'll be fine, right?" She asked herself.

Rosie waited hours and hours, by now it was nightime and Rosie was hungry, cold and scared. Rosie ran out granola bars a long ago and her stomach was growling fiercely. "Please Grop send someone, anyone! I just don't want to be alone" she said sobbing. "I just want my mommy back" she begged.

"Alright Wander we need to find camp for the night,can you keep a lookout? Sylvia asked. "Don't worry Sylvia I see a planet already" Wander stated pointing at a planet. Sylvia looked at the planet and turned back to Wander and smiled "Good eye buddy" Sylvia said thanking Wander, "Well whataya  we waiting for? Lets go!" Wander said eager to explore the planet.

The two travelers were on the planet "Gee what a nice planet" Wander commented. "Alright Wander we gotta get some firewood" Sylvia stated. The two travelers started searching for wood,then Wander heard a sound "Sylvia do you hear that " Wander said, "You're right I hear..." Sylvia paused for a moment listening closely "Sobbing". "Well it looks like someone could use our help" Wander said looking for the source of the sound.

The two travelers walked around until they found the source of the sobbing. What the two saw was surprising. They saw a young girl crying loudly under a tree alone. "That poor thing" Wander said sympathetically, "What's a kid doing here all alone?" Sylvia asked confused. "Well lets find out" Wander said walking up to the girl. Wander and Sylvia were in front of the sobbing girl, Wander was the first to speak "Hi there".

Rosie suddenly heard a voice and backed up against the tree looking at the man, her mother always told her stranger danger but he seemed rather friendly."Don't be scared we just want to help you, folks call me Wander and this is my good pal Sylvia" Wander said motioning to Sylvia,"What's your name?" He asked softly. "My names  Rosie" She answered shyly as she rubbed the tears off her eye's." Ae you hungry? We can help you?" Wander asked offering his hand to her. Rosie took his hand and he helped her up, then lead her to their campsite with Sylvia following.

Soon three made it back to the campsite, Sylvia started a campfire while Wander kept talking to Rosie.  Wander took off his hat and pulled out a blanket before placing it on Rosie seeing her shivering body. Rosie immediately looked at Wander with stars in her eyes "Woah! How did you do that!? Is your hat magic or something!?" She asked amazed. "Well my good old hat gives me what ever I need" Wander stated. "Oh oh can I try" Rosie asked faccinated by the hat."Sure go ahead" Wander said holding his hat towards Rosie. Rosie reached inside and pulled out a plate of food. Rosies stomach instantly  growled and her mouth drooled having not ate food for hours. Rosie immediately stuffed her face with food, she ate her meal in a matter of seconds.

When she was finished she gave a small brurp "Scuse me" Rosie said apologising, "You're excused" Wander said."So why are you out here all alone?" Sylvia asked curious. Rosie frowned before answering "Well to make a really long story short my planet got conquered and my mom told me to run, find the nearest planet and stay put so she could find me". "So how long have you been waiting here?" Sylvia questioned. Rosie thought for a moment before answering "I've been waiting since morning ". Sylvias eyes widen in shock "MORNING!" Sylvia shouted in surprise."I think she might be lost" Rosie said on the brink of crying again.

"So Rosie why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself " Wander said trying to distract her. Rosie perked up and soon started to talk "Well I live with my mom, its always been just the two of us,we've always been two peas in a pod, and I really love playing my ukelele" Rosie said pulling it out of her backpack showing it to Wander and Sylvia "Wow thats really neat" Wander said "Yeah, pretty cool" Sylvia replied. Wander continued the conversation "So Rosie what do you wanna be when you grow up?". Rosie immediately answered that question with "When I grow up I want to travel the galaxy", "Gee what a coincidence me and Syl do just that" Wander replied.

When Rosie heard that she stared at them in amazement then asked "Wow! That's so cool! What's it like traveling the galaxy?" Rosie asked. "Well it's absolutely amazing seeing planets and helping folks along the way" Wander answered .

"Say Rosie maybe me and Syl can help you find your mom and you can travel the galaxy with us till we find her, what do say?" Wander asked. Rosies face lit up and immediately rushed to hug Wander and Sylvia, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" she stated hugging them tight." Too tight,too tight" Sylvia said struggling to breathe. "Oops heh heh sorry" Rosie apologised sheepishly letting Wander and Sylvia go from her tight hug.

"Well, would ya look at the time, you need to go to bed its late" Wander stated. Wander took out a sleeping bag and pillow putting it on the floor and motioning Rosie towards it.

Rosie feeling tired from the long day complied getting into the sleeping bag."Goodnight, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite, seriously they will give you a really ichy rash" Wander said, "Night guys" Rosie said yawning and drifting to sleep after a couple of minutes.

When Rosie went to sleep Wander and Sylvia were still up talking about their new situation. "Wander I know our thing is helping people, but should we really take a kid with us?" Sylvia said thinking about all the dangerous things that could happen during their travels, "Sylvia, we promised to help find her mom" Wander argued, "We don't even know where to start" Sylvia stated. "We'll we have to try look at her she's all alone, you don't just expect us to leave her here all alone" Wander argued. Sylvia sighed "You're right Wander, she's all alone and needs us" Sylvia replied. The two talked some more before getting tired and going to sleep.

It was the next morning when Rosie woke up expecting to be in her room on her bed. Rosie was confused for a second before remebering the events of yesterday. She saw Wander making breakfest while Sylvia was already eating hers. Wander finally took notice of Rosie and said "Rise n' shine" Wander said handing Rosie a plate of breakfest with toast and juice, Wander continued "Eat up, breakfest is the most important meal of the day".

The three ate breakfest while Wander and Sylvia told tales of their past travels and how the two met while exploring the planet  Soon it was time to leave and head over to the next planet.

"You ready Rosie" Sylvia asked, "Yeah, let's go" Rosie answered immediately. Wander picked up Rosie and helped her get on Sylvia's saddle before he got in himself. Wander grabbed the orbble juice and created a bubble around them before leaving the planet."You guys are just goin to love this planet! Folks say they have the best pizza in the galaxy" Wander said to Sylvia and Rosie. Rosie took a moment to look at the space in wonder, seeing all the beautiful stars and planets surrounding them. Wander took notice and asked Rosie "Beautiful galaxy isn't it?". Rosie took a moment before answering "Its even better than I thought it would be".

So this is where my life begins...

A/N: I hope the waits been worth it to finally see Wander and Sylvia, so now the adventure begins.
