3rd Person P.O.V
Brisa ran to the long corridor. Her heart pounding. How could it not? She just wittnessed so many disturbing images and experince. She didn't want this. Brisa would repeat the words in her head that she would go home and it would be alright and fine. But would it? COULD she go back home? If anything- she wished she could.
Voices ran inside the girl's mind. Brisa tried not to listen but they were so tempting. She almost stopped to hear them better, but a rumble from the ground and she knew better. It was so close. How could she even think about slowing down to let that thing grab her. Mostly like others, she had a normal life. In all her life did she think she'd be in this situation. Hell no! Why would she think that?! Brisa gasped.
'I need to get out of here, fast!'
She thought. Brisa took corners. She kept running even though she knew she was out of breathe.
In the darkness, it stood. It watched. It breathed. Was this thing human? The answer was unknown.
Could the girl run? Run and not look back? Yes. But could she escape? No, even she knew the correct answer. She couldn't escape. Brisa knew: she was tired, out of breathe, and in pain. Let us not forget still in trama. The poor girl just wanted to play a game with her friends. So why was it her. She promised herself. That if she got out, she would move with her family and talk to no one. This almost was a punishment she felt. For all the times she lied or deceived her family with false facts and imputs, this was karma. Even though she had been correct of it not being this. She still believed. Why her though?
Without the girl relizing, she had entered a door. It was unknown to where the door led to though. Brisa looked around and halted. Her enviorment was new. It was... calming... Strange. The whole house was frightening, anything but calm and nice. It was haunted!
'This room looks clean.. like someone has been here recently, now that's strange. This place is runned down!'
Before Brisa could turn around. A gruff noise and bangs were heard from outside. Fear plastered the girl. She backed away and concluded the monster was still out there and roaming. She looked around. Then-
BANG!
The door had closed shut. How could she forgotten she left the door open. Thoughts ran in her head. The only thought that grew louder was,
Who shut the door?
It brought a shiver down her spine.
Brisa shivered and ran to the table that sat in the middle of the room. Shakely, she spoke.
"Hello?"
She was afraid. Why had she done that?!
"Hello."
A voice responded. Brisa yelped and ran to the door. But a clear sight of a purple hoodie that Joice used to wear stopped her. Brisa weeped. Who was this person? What did they want from her? Why were they here? Most importantly. How? This place blocked all exits and had no windows. So, they must have been living here. Alone for a while she guessed. Brisa looked up to see the person's face. They looked to be female, but Brisa couldn't see their face. It was covered. Their oulfit seemed modern to her, so they haven't been there long.
"I'm sorry I scared you. I'm Xander, what are you doing here?"
This 'Xander' person asked Brisa.
Almost non sure of how to answer, she told the truth.
"I was with my four friends and we were playing some games when we found some keys to the place and thought about coming in and doing some stuff. Nothing much..."
Brisa spoke.
Xander sighed and spoke.
"That thing got to them, right?"
Brisa only nodded in shame. Xander looked around. They rush to place to place. Xander comes back with a book.
"That thing out there is a 'Shadow Guard,' it protects its master and listen to their commands. Don't know how to kill it though."
Xander explains. The female nods.
"So, can we find who its master is?"
Brisa asked. Xander shrugged only to grab Brisa and put both under the table. A deep roar was heard.
The two shivered. That Guard was unhappy.
Then, the two were grabbed. Both yelp and soon loose cautiousness from gas entering the room. The last thing Brisa had seen, was Xander bleeding on the floor with a spear like object plunging their heart out. Then. The world was black.
