"Emily, I need to tell you something..." I thought he was going to ask to be his fiancee. "Emily...I'm breaking up with you" my heart shattered and my eyes started to tear up and I just wanted to scream.
I didn't want to be left alone anymore but all I could say was "Please don't" I saw him flinch from the words I said.
Joe backed away from the sidewalk and faced the cars and slowly walked away whispering "I'm sorry...Bye" I just stood there and my cheeks filled with tears why does this always happen to me? I looked up to see if he stopped and was kidding or joking but he already left no sight of him and I was left alone again. It started to rain and I didn't notice it was dark already then all I could hear was the honking of a truck and everything went black.
